I use it daily. It is also a cure for cancer when added to baking soda a 1 to 3 ratio. One part Baking Soda and 3 parts Honey. I found the secret is local honey is best.

Wow, I will try that next time I get it. I just had food poisoning and thought it was a flu but it was a horrible experience. Honey is great for many things. Thank you for your suggestion. Namaste
