“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have remembered to a greater extent than you all have, and what we have remembered is that we are Source Energy Beings. The process of becoming who you really are goes beyond the knowing of that truth. A remembering of who you really are involves living it. It involves being the truth, which is that all beings are unconditional love incarnate and that we are all exploring Source, which is another way of saying that we are all exploring ourselves. You, because of the density in which you chose to incarnate, had many other aspects of self that you could identify with, besides that true nature, and so you did.
And you’ve done this lifetime after lifetime on Earth. Now, it’s time to do something different. It’s time to be something different. It’s time to live that truth and experience it. When you get to this point, and you still have a physical body, it can be confusing because of your system of duality and how black and white things have always been for you. You tend to think that you either are Source or you are human and physical. And then some of you believe that very, very special people have had the experience of being both at the same time, and instead of being like them, most humans have decided to worship them.
You are quite beautiful in your forgetting because of all of the experiences the forgetting has allowed you to have, but what is even more beautiful is to witness you in your remembering. And what is unique about this journey that you are on is that you can be fifth dimensional, which means you’ll still have a physical body, and at the same time, you can remember yourselves as Source.
This version of the fifth dimension you are all creating is about integrating and merging the two, rather than seeing there as being a very solid border between physical and non-physical, human being and Source, and now you’re even moving beyond that belief that there’s a solid line between human and extra-terrestrial. And that is why dissolving barriers is so important. You are dissolving the barriers that have been placed in your own consciousness so that you can have the experience of being whole and complete once again.

What You Want to Feel – The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council
“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have seen enough of the interactions between humans to know what the motivating factor is for most of your connections. You often want to feel appreciated, loved, and even adored by those that you come in contact with, and yet, you are coming in contact with someone else who wants to be appreciated, loved, and possibly even adored. There is a better way to go about interacting with each other.
You want to fill yourselves up with the love that you truly are before you get together with anyone, and even before you have an encounter with a stranger. You want to feel that love flowing through you as much as possible, and you want that love to be coming from within you.
Whether you realize it or not the love that you seek from others, and even the appreciation, and certainly the adoration, is conditional. You want to be able to walk up to the crankiest of people and have that cranky person validate you. You want to be the only one that he or she finds acceptable.
There is a problem, of course, with this approach. You don’t often get what you want from others. So what we recommend is that you write down all of the things that you want to receive from others, and be perfectly honest with yourselves when you make that list. And then ask yourselves how you can find everything that’s on your list within you.
Wherever you need to go with that consciousness of yours, whatever chakras you need to explore, make sure you are willing to give yourselves everything that you have ever asked someone else to give you, and come to your interactions with one another with the intention to give more. Give more praise. Give more appreciation. Be willing to give to the other person not because he or she has met certain conditions, do so because you want to feel it flowing through you.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
It will become clear to you what your lives have been leading you towards when you explore more deeply the senses that you have within you. Everything that happens in your life is meant to trigger something within you. You are getting triggered all of the time. Your emotions get triggered. Your memories get triggered. Your thoughts, beliefs, and inspired ideas get triggered by circumstances and events that occur in your lives.
When you have a certain level of awareness, you see right through it all. You see it for what it is, and it is always meant to serve your greatest and highest good. So you may still get triggered when you have this awareness, and what shifts is how you react. What shifts is what you do about being triggered.
Now not every experience of being triggered is what you would call negative, but your responses and your reactions, regardless of whether what is occurring is positive or negative from your perspective, are shifting. They shift because of your awareness of what is actually happening.
When you see the bigger picture of your evolution, and you stay in that bigger picture, you are able to navigate smoothly through circumstances and events in your lives that would have previously shaken you up a bit. Now, when it is something positive that is triggering you, there can be a tendency within humans to overreact and take actions that do not serve you, just as when something you perceive as negative occurs you can take actions that do not serve you.
Awareness here is the key to rising above any circumstances, any reactions, any responses that occur within you, so that you can take appropriate action, or take no action at all. It is always better for you to absorb the energy and the vibration of what is in front of you before making a rash decision about it. We see you coming closer and closer to that time where you are able to hold the awareness of the bigger picture that serves you, and we are happy to see you reacting less impulsively and absorbing more vibrationally.

Greetings, again we come to give support and love as we witness the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual struggles of so many at this time. Energies flowing to earth have become increasingly intense, causing issues normally not problematic to seem much larger and important. You are becoming more sensitive to energy and thus experiencing more of it in ways that would previously have gone unnoticed.
As consciousness becomes Lighter, more refined, and open to the higher frequencies, individual psychic abilities are gradually opening as well, allowing easier accessibility to Light beings, Guides , and even loved ones on the other side. It is simply that new and higher levels of consciousness resonate more closely with the frequencies of the higher dimensions.
Many believe that those with psychic abilities that allow them to tune into the other side are different or special. No dear ones, everyone has these abilities because all are spiritual beings, but some are more aware of it than others.
Some have chosen to shut down their psychic abilities out of fear, having been burned at the stake for using them in some other lifetime. Others do not believe they are real, thus perfectly manifesting their absence. Some choose to block them in order to fully concentrate on certain life lessons chosen for completion in this lifetime while others are simply not evolved enough to responsibly handle these gifts and their Higher Self has temporarily blocked them.
Many do not realize that Consciousness, which is all that exists, (ONE) is energy. The denser and more un-awakened the state of individual consciousness, the deeper, slower, and heavier are the its frequencies (absence of Light). In reality, everyone is pure consciousness but because of the density of third dimensional energy, souls must manifest as physical on earth.
Everyone can easily sense dense energy, but most do not understand what they are feeling. Physical locations where war, struggle, pain, and suffering have taken place will often continue to hold the energy of these events until cleared. Clearing is being done the world over those with pure intent and the ability to clear and bring in Light energy.
Clearings also take place through natural events like fire. Many Civil and Indian war sites have been cleared through fire. Do not forget that Gaia is a living soul who is also evolving. She is not a simply a piece of dirt to be used for mankind’s benefit.
As individuals spiritually evolve, their energy field becomes lighter and lighter because the essence of Divine Consciousness is pure Light. Individual energy fields are easily seen and felt by those sensitive to energy or with the ability to see auras. This is why you may be drawn to or repelled by certain individuals even if you do not actually see their energy field.
Everyone senses the resonance of others because there is only one which brings about either alignment or non-alignment with the whatever energy is present be it a person or place. This is why you may feel the need to avoid certain places, events, or people–you simply feel out of sync with the predominant energy. Honor that. On the other hand, it is also energy alignment that draws together people, places, and events be they positive or negative.
Evolution is the slow and often painful journey through lifetimes of experiences necessary for a soul to finally awaken from the illusions of sense into that enlightened state of awareness that has always been fully present but which has been hidden behind false concepts and beliefs.
Every new truth attained (not just intellectually known) expands one’s energy field causing it to grow brighter and lighter and allowing him to more easily acess spiritually evolved ideas, beliefs, and people of the same resonance. This is the Law of Attraction.

You may question why there are those who have psychic abilities who do not appear to be spiritually evolved. Their psychic readings and predictions often reflect the third dimensional belief system and are filled with doom and gloom. Many of these people developed and carry in cellular memory psychic abilities attained in previous lifetimes often through techniques for the manipulation of energy and the accessing of other dimensions.
Teachings about energy manipulation were a large part of the mystery schools and were intended to aid the student toward enlightenment. However, there were a few not yet ready or evolved enough to use the techniques honorably. Some broke away and began to use what they had learned for selfish gain which was the origin of what is termed the black arts. Unenlightened energy is seen and felt as dense, dark, and heavy.
There are still those today who seek to use the manipulation of energy for personal gain. Pure energy is neither good nor bad, but just is. However, it can be and is used for both in accord with the state of consciousness and intention of the user. Healing modalities are based in the ability of a healer to flow Higher Light energy and bring into balance discordant energy.
Healings will remain as long as the patient stays in alignment with the new frequencies. It often happens that individuals simply return to their old ways (those that brought about discord in the first place), allowing the situation to return. For these, at some point energy healing will cease to help for they must learn to do their own work.
Energy manipulated for selfish purposes, appears dense and heavy because of the absence of Light. When used for healing, it appears as crystalline colors or gold Light. This is why there are so many tales told about sorcery, energy manipulation, and negative witchcraft as well as white wizards and powerful healers. These stories tap into collective cellular memory and are not simply imaginary.
It is important to know that not everyone who is psychic but holds no interest in spirituality was a negative manipulator of energy. Many seriously studied and learned in the mystery schools and used the information as intended. The teachings of the ancient mystery schools (there are still some on earth today) were presented mostly from levels of duality and separation because that was the predominant consciousness of those times.
Today many who are psychically gifted, especially those in all the healing arts and self improvement modalities, worked in the Sacred Healing Temples of long ago and still carry these abilities in the energy of cellular memory.
As you spiritually evolve, your ability to access heretofore unavailable frequencies increases because your personal resonance is now able align with them. You may start to see people and animals who have passed on. Many of you are doing this now. This usually happens in the sleep/wake state when you are not yet fully awake.
There is no reason to fear these experiences. Know that those who come to you may be confused and do not know where they are, or even that they have died. They are attracted to your light. You can explain to them that they need to go to the light where help and guidance awaits
Many of these dear ones who linger have been thoroughly ingrained with beliefs of hell and damnation and as a result are terrified to move out of earth energy. Request that Guides or relatives come to assist them into the Light. If after some time they refuse to leave you can simply tell them to go.
Never be afraid of these experiences. Too many stories based in the ignorance of duality and separation have been passed down through lifetimes and are still a part of many religious teachings. This false programming has caused many to be afraid, believing that anything “psychic” is evil and therefore must be feared and rejected. In reality the “other side” is everyone’s true home and thus much more real than earth experiences.
It is unwise to open yourselves to the other side without thought through games, drugs, or ceremony. There are un-evolved beings who would love to communicate with you if you allow it. Do not ever fear connecting with your Guides and teachers but state an intention to be open only to Beings of Light before you practice channeling or connecting. This intention needs to be done only once.
If or when you go into fear with regard to experiences of the psychic kind, immediately bring to mind who you really are–not a human being subject to any and all beliefs of duality and separation but rather an expression of God in manifestation. This acknowledges that there is nothing absolutely nothing real that could ever separate or make you less than the Divine expression that you are. As you center and align with this higher awareness, you automatically shift into a higher consciousness, one that fear and lower resonating energies cannot enter.
All fear is arises from the belief that something or someone has seeming power over you. Fear cannot exist in a state of consciousness that knows no power but God–the God of your own Selfhood. Negative appearances can only exist where there is an energy of belief in them to form them.
This is not to say you will never again have a fearful thought, experience, or witness fearful three dimensional situations, but as you grow more and more into a consciousness of truth, they become further and further apart, no longer having energy to feed them.
Most of you have already begun to notice more synchronicity in your lives. Things are beginning to fall into place without effort, and solutions seem to appear when needed. This is because you are beginning to identify as Self instead of self and understanding that the real Self is complete and whole now, not at some future time. An attained consciousness of wholeness and completeness expresses outwardly in seemingly ordinary ways.
You are creators but have not known it and so have looked to a God in the sky or human solutions to fix what you yourselves have created. Use every experience to examine your belief system, and never doubt that peace, harmony, unconditional love is your birthright.
The whole journey is about ceasing to seek these things in the outer world and instead remembering that they are already fully present within and then allowing them flow out as your every experience.

Dear ones, we greet you in love and with great respect as we witness the struggles taking place both within and without for so many. Increasingly intense levels of Light energy are now flowing to earth for the purpose of assisting Gaia and all who choose, to move forward in their ascension journey.
Never doubt that you are in body now because you chose it. You recognized the value of being on earth during these times of tremendous opportunity to complete any remaining unfinished business with others, clear old cellular memory, experience Gaia’s as well as your own ascension, and at the same time be of service to others.
Many awakened ones feel confusion and question because judging by appearances the world doesn’t look or seem to be anywhere near what was expected. Be patient dear ones, and do not let yourselves become overwhelmed with discouragement for you are in the midst of intense inner and outer cleansing at this time, much is yet to come as this process unfolds.
Release any concepts of how your life or the world should be, for the human mind is only able to bring forth solutions and ideas already present in consensus consciousness. The “new world” will not simply be a polished version of the “old world” but will be new because it will be formed of the higher energies of Light and unconditional love.
As more and more individuals hold and reflect truth and trust, acknowledging the reality of things seen and unseen, the world formed of falsehood and low density consciousness must begin to dissolve. Lower density creations have no law to support or hold them in place because they are made of beliefs of duality and separation.
We wish to speak of forgiveness because most of you are in the process of clearing both old and new cellular memory which causes all remaining lower resonating energies to resurface. Issues and emotions you thought you had long ago resolved may once again present themselves. This is because the clearing of intense experiences takes place in layers as you are spiritually able and ready which is determined by your Higher Self.
Many of you are now spiritually ready to clear all remaining old energy even those things you buried deeply, hoping never again to feel or think about. If you find yourselves experiencing unfamiliar or unpleasant emotions, physical symptoms, or crazy dreams, understand that they are most likely old energies flowing through and out.
Real forgiveness is not possible for human beings living fully in third dimensional consciousness. When one has been hurt, punished unfairly, or made to suffer from the actions of others, the thoughts of revenge that rise within a sense of separation are a normal reactions. The energies necessary for real forgiveness simply are not there.
However as individuals gradually move beyond the false beliefs of duality and separation (evolution) and into a conscious realization of Oneness, the door to forgiveness begins to open allowing the already present energies of unconditional love and forgiveness to flow through, not from , because only God can love.
Forgiveness in its truest sense is a recognition of the impossibility of anything or anyone existing outside of the ONE. As long as there is a belief that someone or self needs forgiveness, there exists the belief in duality and separation. At some point each evolving soul must move beyond concepts of forgiveness and into truth.
Love is the only answer because Love is all that exists. Whether or not an individual believes this is irrelevant and cannot change the reality of what IS. We do not speak of the “wishy /washy” emotional nonsense so many consider to be love. We speak of a consciousness that understands that no one can touch the reality of who you are, unless you believe they can for there is only ONE.
Outer experiences will continue to reflect one’s personal consciousness as well as the consensus consciousness of the world until he/she brings themself out from under the bondage of a consciousness conditioned by falsehoods. You are creators, but have not known it and so for eons have been ignorantly creating experiences of duality and separation and then asking why God would allow such things.
These ideas about forgiveness will be confusing for some of you, and you may respond with resistance. Take them into meditation and contemplate asking yourselves; “What am I believing that is making me feel this way? Is it true? How can I possibly forgive and actually love this person, church, family member, business, etc. who did this awful thing to me?”
We do not say you must forget, nor do we say you are to suddenly become the best friend of someone who has hurt you, or that it is fine to take unsafe risks around those who may not have your best interests in mind. Pretending to live out from a state of consciousness not yet attained, is very human but most of you have evolved into a readiness to understand and integrate true forgiveness.
The reality is that you are forever and always have been expressions of the one Divine Consciousness/Source/God. Would, or even could, God do something harmful and painful to Itself? As you learn to recognize the true nature of things, you will discover that nothing real needs forgiveness because the idea of forgiveness indicates that there is someone outside of the ONE.
The pain of betrayal (the reason for most issues requiring forgiveness), remains long after the event, person, or organization is no longer a part of one’s life because the intense emotions of the experience are usually solidly stored in cellular memory, ready and able to activate at the smallest provocation.
Try not to resist, for resistance simply gives power and reality to the emotions, beliefs, etc. you seek to move beyond. Instead be patient and loving with yourself when you are hurting. Acknowledge that these painful emotions for now are a part of your energy but that there is no law holding or supporting them. Speak to the cells of your physical body, visualize them filled with Light and tell them it is ok and not to fear the release of old and finished energy.
Know that it is ok to pamper yourselves, there is nothing unspiritual about doing the things you love, and just enjoying life. Teachings that separate the spiritual and the human are false, based in religious doctrine created by un-evolved human minds and not God. There is nothing outside of the ONE, it is only the human mind’s false belief system that interprets some things as spiritual, but other things not. The essence of all things is Divine for it is all there is.
Painful and unresolved issues between two people (often dominance/victim) will remain in cellular memory and be carried into each lifetime continuing to manifest between the same people in different roles. This type of connection between people results in the formation of energy cords.
Energy cords are created whenever there are intense experiences of either good or bad between two people and become a facet of ones’ energy field until removed or until one of the two evolves beyond the energy that created the cords in the first place (the cord no longer has anything to attach to). The dissolving of energy cords does not remove a person from one’s life, but removes the intense and often unhealthy sense of bondage that accompanies them.
Energy cords develop between sexual partners, frequently between a child and a parent, or with anyone with whom there has been shared intense experiences. Energy cords bind those involved to low resonating energy and should be removed which is easily be done by energy healers, or by self through intention. “In the presence of my Higher Self and my Guides, I consciously choose to remove any and all energetic cords attaching me to_____. ” Visualize Light dissolving the cords which are usually attached to the solar plexus chakra and fill in the space with soft golden Light. It is the intention, not specific words that is important.
Conscious awareness of self as SELF is the path to freedom, dear ones, and is how you become free from pain and suffering in a world formed of energy that does not even exist in Divine Mind. Once you are able to acknowledge the reality of who and what you are, the outer scene will no longer have power over you because you now recognize it for what it is.
You are evolving beyond concepts of forgiveness, into a realization of oneness. Evolution is a process. First comes an intellectual awareness of some truth followed by a period of time (sometimes years) spent reading, taking classes, and inner contemplation. When ready, the soul integrates the truth and it becomes an attained state of consciousness.
If an individual has already attained the consciousness of some truth in a former lifetime, the intellectual awareness simply becomes “remembering” followed by fast and easy integration. This is why it is not wise to compare your journey with that of others, as everyone has had different lifetimes and experiences before this one. Trust that your Higher Self is putting you right where you need to be for what you need to learn.
True forgiveness is an attained state of consciousness that realizes there is nothing to forgive. At the same time it is important to remember that not everyone is ready to understand this deeper sense of forgiveness, and so there may still be occasions when it is necessary and appropriate to speak the words and take actions that define forgiveness. Words and actions spoken from a conscious realization of oneness, carry a higher vibration than if spoken as a purely three dimensional exercise.
Those living fully in third dimensional consciousness are more subject to accidents and events because they are expressing and creating with energies of duality (pairs of opposites) and separation. However, similar experiences (many seeming to require forgiveness) that occur in the lives of those awake to truth, are not a sign of spiritual failure as some may think, but are instead experiences usually planned pre-birth as being necessary for spiritual growth.
This never means you must remain in abusive or harmful situations waiting for the other person to change. It means taking whatever human footsteps may be necessary, while remembering the Divine nature of those involved. Refusing to allow others to dishonor you physically, emotionally, or mentally is empowering because it is the acknowledgment of self as SELF.
Never go back to old, familiar, and comfortable belief systems once you have awakened to the higher sense of these things. It is tempting to align with the energy of crowds, experts, religious leaders, politicians, families, and friends in order to be accepted and loved. If guided, participate, but do not align with lower resonating states of consciousness.
Reverting to a state of consciousness you have evolved beyond creates physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual discord.
Trust that your Higher Self knows where you need to be, what you need to learn, and how and when to get you there.
