Mental Rackets and Payoffs

The intensity continues as we move forward into July, we are continuing to be repositioned and shifted so that our energy bodies and our consciousness is congruently aligned with the new timeline architecture, as well as with the new energy foundation. As we continually undergo micro-adjustments in just about every area of our inner person and outward lifestyle, we are witnessing more of the mental patterns and archetypes from our past lives. As cellular memories are surfacing, they can reveal themselves as powerful and intense emotions, images or sensations that arise from within suddenly, as feeling associations are being reconnected.

These cellular memories are from both the ancient human galactic histories, other lifetimes as well as patterns we may have lived out in our current lifetime that may have contributed to fixed patterns of behavior. Many unresolved trauma patterns continue to cross over into multiple stations of identity, these are generally deep patterns of emotional trauma or negative behaviors that surface so that we may resolve them. They may be stemming from our multiple lifetimes, and the many human incarnation experiences where those same patterns were repeated many times without finding energetic balance or conflict resolution. The collective consciousness patterns which have defined who we are in order to accept the belief systems that have been imposed upon us, have been deeply disturbing to our core spiritual being. It is reflected to us daily throughout the macrocosm how isolated and divided we feel as a species, that the human race has evolved completely and utterly alone on this rock, disconnected and without contact from other species, as well as not knowing the existence of our spiritual families. As a species we have been handed many false concepts and negative archetypes that we have believed to be true about ourselves that define our sense of self in our human identity.

As a result, many people on the earth have been negatively conditioned to feel deeply alone, feeling unwanted, feeling they do not belong, feeling burdened by uncertainty and insecurity and believing that there is something wrong with them. When we feel deeply disconnected and alone, all kinds of disempowering thoughts and painful feelings can show up in our lives. When we can shift our awareness from purely focusing on ourselves and looking to the larger picture, it may occur to us that we are not alone, and that this thought form has only surfaced for us to see. An incredible amount of people, nearly all people have directly experienced these exact same thoughts, also experiencing these exact same painful feelings of isolation and disconnection from others. How many people on this earth are feeling this way right now?

When we realize that the pain of disconnection and isolation is the misery within human existence that stems from the negative mind control inflicted upon us by the NAA, we can begin to realize that we are no less than anyone else on this planet. Feeling deep grief, experiencing great loss and sorrow, the state of suffering, this is intrinsic to the general human experience in the current reality of which we all share and are a part. When we can actually see and feel into the collective consciousness that holds this overall collective mindset of disconnection, we can know that we really are not our thoughts and feelings. Did you choose these certain thoughts that surface into your mind? When these negative thoughts pop up in your mind without warning, suddenly surfacing from out of nowhere, observe them and look deeper. You will notice that some of these thoughts and feelings trigger you when they surface while others do not, there are thoughts that show up and they disappear just as quickly. All thoughts and feelings fade away from memory over time, whether you want them to or not. The mind control programming on this earth teaches us that we are supposed to be the content of all of our thoughts and feelings, and when these random thoughts suddenly show up, that they actually belong to us and constitute an essential part of our human identity.

Thus, all of these patterns are being refined during this time to give us the opportunity to see what we need to change or heal inside ourselves that we inherited from the collective consciousness mind control. This is a time where we must learn to create our new reality from an entirely new palette of color, creating new thoughtforms about ourselves, feeling deeply into the new emotional spectrums that ignite cross collaboration, co-creation and manifestation. The infusion of these new color frequencies are from the unity code harmonics, the trinity wave formats that create a base for the new energy platform, and this architecture is available to us now to help us build something entirely different.

As you study these old and painful patterns from the past you will begin to see them embedded as distortions that have great influence upon human consciousness, the 3D belief systems that have profoundly impacted the way human beings function in the world at so many different levels. The mental games and reptilian mind control programs that are running covertly within our unconscious self, those larger behavioral patterns that are set up by the death culture that has been accepted by mass society. All of the subterranean distortions of the upside down world are coming into blaring review for us to more deeply analyze in order to comprehend what is behind it and how it has influenced our lives. We have to see who and what is running a mental racket into the mental body of our unconscious and conscious mind, in order to become free of its negative triggers. A racket is a corrupt mental program running in our conscious or unconscious self that justifies itself into being, to protect the psyche from discovering its deepest and darkest fears. When the unconscious mind is running rackets it is very tricky and manipulative, trying to cover up the truth in order to continue to feed the ego programs for an emotional payoff. However, we are being pushed to clearly see these mental rackets running within our psyche, as the new energy foundation will not tolerate or support them. Running mental rackets is the antithesis to embodying personal integrity and authenticity. In order to be congruent with the core essence and the nature of our true self, we have to see the rackets that are bargaining with our ego in order to receive a mental or emotional payoff. Then take steps to remove faulty thinking and clear these mental rackets from taking control over our emotional state that influence the spiritual house of our inner being. When we are running mental rackets, we become the cause of our own mental and emotional suffering. When we can recognize that we are contributing to our own suffering by running negative mental rackets we can choose in every moment to give it up instantly.

Suffering is generated from focusing on what we want something to be, seeing the difference between what we want and what is actually the reality in this moment. The expectations of wants, needs and desires put projections onto something or someone that you want to be different from what they actually are, and this generates pain. When we want to force change upon another who is not living up to our expectations or desires, we may be feeding into blockages that make the situation of our own suffering become even worse. When we project our desires and needs onto others, when those expectations are not being met then people feel deeply hurt. And yet this hurt was produced from one’s own internal suffering by placing expectations upon another to relieve it, instead of finding deeper acceptance that allows each person to be who they are in this moment. When we find the generosity to hold total unconditional acceptance and love for others, we naturally find the same unconditional love and acceptance for ourselves.

If we want to be emotionally freed from feeling hurt and abandoned by other people, we must give up all expectations we have of other people, and find acceptance for them and the situation we may find ourselves in the moment.

Are you running mental rackets that are making you suffer? Mental rackets are fixed ways of thinking, being and behaviors that you refuse to change even if they are unhealthy or destructive to you and others. Fixed ways of being can be a mental program playing out certain archetypes or negative patterns, such as feeling victimized by something and looping into the victim-victimizer thoughts that generate repeated grievances and recurring complaints. If we have the same pattern of behaviors that generates recurring complaints about something or someone, then we have to take responsibility to change that mental pattern in order to begin to change the results that we make in our lives. Many people that constantly complain about the same issues and constantly feel hurt and betrayed by others, may not realize that deeply hidden in the unconscious mind, is a mental program running for an emotional payoff. There is a payoff for every emotionally driven behavior and thought, whether positive or negative, that can be used to manipulate types of responses that you want to get out of other people. We can choose to let them go once we have honestly identified the negative emotions that are repeating patterns, and then digging deeper for the emotional payoff that is received from that behavior.

When we are not self-aware and we continually feed into the same negative behaviors without making an effort to change them, we are continuing to feed into duplicity at the expense of being totally honest with others, with upfront and open communication. Sometimes these negative behaviors happen in our more intimate and emotionally connected relationships. Many people may not be aware they are emotionally duplicitous with others, and that is a seed of deceit that will generate a return of more of the same.

To go deeper and commit to let go of running mental rackets in order to receive an emotional payoff from them, we can spend some time to untie the knot between the negative behavior and the emotional payoff habit. Spend some time alone honestly assessing the negative patterns you may have running mental rackets that are tied to emotional payoffs. What’s important to recognize is that undesirable or negative behaviors are often associated with a mixture of wanted and unwanted consequences. One of the most important payoffs that is often associated with undesirable behavior is the reduction of anxiety and tension. There are many different types of undesirable and negative behavior that are used as coping mechanisms, that actually help people temporarily reduce their feelings of mental or emotional anxiety.

Once you have more clarity on the deeper reasons why this undesirable pattern has emerged, then find the vulnerability to share honestly with that person when you have noticed this dynamic occurs in that relationship. First, share the negative thought and behavior that has become a habit, once you have identified this happens between you and another person. Allow yourself to be vulnerable and reveal to this person the emotional payoff that you receive for using this negative behavior between you. Then commit to this person and yourself that you will not run this negative behavior and emotional behavior racket anymore to the best of your ability. Then declare to the person what is the most essential parts of your relationship that you value, as well as discovering the ways to build deeper trust together.

This is a time of Reality Check so that we can see what damage has been done that has left coping mechanisms and mental rackets, taking stock of what we have left to mentally and emotionally process, so we can live and speak in the deepest truth and integrity that we are capable of. Blind spots in our awareness or the perception that we hold of others that keep us in denial and living inside the deceptive psychological defense programs, or running mental rackets cannot continue. We are being rid of layers of drama, trauma and defense mechanisms that we have been operating unconsciously and consciously as the result of being a 3D human. Many of us on the ascension path may find ourselves deeply enmeshed in clearing these emotional and archetypal patterns now. It may show up as a part of healing the larger macrocosm mental rackets or healing something in your personal life, however the process of revelation is the same. All of humanity is subject to running these mental rackets and programs. This process can be painful as it requires that you give it all up at the Altar of inner spirit, nothing is held back, nothing is sugar coated, nothing is veiled from your ability to see or live by the truth as you know it. All we need to do is drop any resistance and let the circumstance self-correct as we participate by compassionately witnessing the pattern as it is being shifted or completely dissolved and removed. It is also dissolving the membranes that create energetic walls of separation that exist inside of us, so that we can be more whole within and therefore also be more whole in our interactions with others. This can be an intense time of spiritual awakening and expansion, so taking the necessary time out and being gentle and forgiving in these circumstances, is the practice of building energetic self-mastery.

The latest guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals, Faery Elders, Angels and Archangels known as the Collective:

Greetings, Light Bearers!

Great change is occurring now, as you are currently in the midst of a great wave of Light now traveling through your solar system, and well beyond it.

The “symptoms” will be obvious to you, and will require your patience many days.

For one, every cell of your body is adjusting to the influx of this higher frequency and the Light data that these photonic transmissions contain.

Every cell is learning, as it were, a different language. A whole other way of being.

This is why some are having moments where they almost do not recognize the (often exhausted) person they see in the mirror—you are literally becoming someone else.

It is why your dreams at night may seem to be so meaningly and full of interesting symbolism, yet so hard to recall.

And it is why so many aspects of your world and so many people in it appear to be doing two things at once: Hiding the truth about human history and humanity’s current condition, and yet at the same time, greatly desiring to tell the truth.

They may feel at times the sort of exhaustion that comes from a rush of energy that flows in an way similar to the rush of a freight train.

To the spiritually unaware, or those who have hidden in shadow for eons, the rush of Light now pouring into the planet does indeed feel like a freight train, and one aiming to knock them down.

For you who greatly desire the Light, who have cried out for it since the moment of birth in a physical body, it can feel to be a a great tidal wave of feeling, realization, renewal, reformation, offering a sudden influx of an entirely new form of reality.

Your minds are at a loss to describe what is happening, and may at times revert to the childlike state of not wanting to move, or to continue with your life as it is at present.

This is not a “tantrum” reaction so much as the sort of numbness people feel when they are at a loss to explain what is happening to them, even though they have begged and cried out to the heavens for that very thing.

And so you may be thinking, “Who could have known Ascension would be so strenuous, so exhausting, so trying at times? That I would have moments of barely recognizing my own country, my own culture, the shape of my own life?”

This is why we are saying to so many now, “Do not panic if you suddenly feel strongly that your work, your partner, your living quarters or location, your health or physical shape, or any other aspect of your life suddenly feels that it must transform in a big way, or you will soon be moving on without it.”

Many a Lightworker is making changes they never expected to make, from changing their perspective on how they feel or act with others, or what they will allow from others, to how they feel or act about their community, their social groups, their family, their coworkers, or themselves.

If nothing is the same now, then nothing will feel the same—how could it be otherwise?

It is important that you know that you do not go through this process alone, as we remind you often.

There is not a one of you reading this now who came in without great help—without wise and ready-to-assist guides and higher self already by your side, and awaiting your conscious connection with them.

Many is the time that they have spoken up by sending you subconscious messages, inner nudges, outer symbols, hints both subtle and blatant, while waiting for you to remember (as you did when very small, and could still see them), that they were there, ready to serve and assist you at all times.

And we would say, that if in these exciting, utterly thrilling, but also very trying times, you require more than the helpers you came in with, then call out for a special Guide of high vibration who will lead you with a kind and comforting wisdom through whatever challenges you feel most assailed by at present.

Most are shocked at needing either more food or very little at present, or a different kind of food than they have been eating for years.

Many are amazed that there are rifts or disagreements now with old friends and family members who always seemed to understand them, yet at present, seem to be from some other planet.

And many are surprised to find that they have now a powerful drive not only to serve others in some new way they haven’t quite defined yet, but to experience a whole higher level of Abundance—which does not seem to jibe with the idea of “serving others.”

And so, you have questions. Many of them. That is natural.

We would say, call upon any Ascended Master or Archangel or legion of Angels, or any Light Being (whether or not you know their name) whom you specify must understand the particular sort of alchemy you are discovering at present, whether it has to do with physical condition, finances, life work, connections with loved ones, or a desire to go on a new adventure.

Call out for a Divine Helper who will work with your beautiful Spirit team of guides, Angels, and higher self, and who resonates perfectly with your soul mission for this life.

Tell them what troubles you, and what perplexes you, and require their help, while thanking them in advance for that wisdom which you know is coming to you.

Then check in with them at times, and say, “Abundance Guide (or Ascension Guide, etc.), I call out to you for guidance! Show me the way. Light it up in some way I cannot miss. I especially need direction on ____. So infuse my thinking with your Divine solutions and Divine ideas. I need to understand my higher path. And I need the strength the journey through all of it.”

And know that as assuredly as we are here, speaking with you from a space of no-time, from a frequency of pure Love and complete understanding that you are Love itself—that yes, they will hear, and they will answer you.

The connection you have already formed with many higher beings, including all of us, and your fellow Lightworkers, has shown you that these connections are more real than the chair you now sit in.

And so—will things be different from now on?

Most assuredly, this great process of Transformation began some time ago on your planet; it is simply speeding up now, in terms of Earth time, and the intensity of the effects of the process.

And are you up to the task of adjusting and staying calm and centered through the tumult of the greatest shift any planet in your Universe has yet experienced?

Most assuredly, dear ones. You are showing the sort of bravery we envision in our greatest moments.

I would like to offer one more message to complete the book which is “When God Pinched My Toe” – the collaboration between Kathryn/Lady Portia and the Company of Heaven. We ask that it then be made available to the world in e-book form on her website.

 

It is time now to close this chapter of the story of the descent and final ascension of Planet Earth. Humankind has triumphed over the darkness which has kept them in the grip of unhappiness, suffering, illness and poverty for thousands of years. It is a story that goes back millions of years; it will be available and thoroughly understood once the planet and her beloved inhabitants have ascended to fulfill their destiny, which is to live in harmony and peace in the Paradise which is to be Mother Earth in her renewed state.

 

The Library of Porthologos is the depository of all records and information concerning the creation and history of all the Universe. It was one of the reasons Earth was created in this area of the Milky Way Galaxy. Humankind are the natural bearers of the knowledge of Creation; this is part of what is held in the codes of the DNA strands which are now being activated by the cosmic plasma waves and high vibrational energies from Prime Creator. It is an important part of what Earth will have to offer the world when she restores herself to the Light of Oneness.

 

The Library is located in Hollow Earth. It is available for the edification of all beings of the Light, and is currently under the care of the Agarthans who have been the protectors of all that is of the Light within Planet Earth. They are descendants of the high priests of Lemuria who have maintained a high dimensional civilization, waiting for the time when they could finally reveal themselves to offer their help, in league with all the Star Brothers and Sisters who have come from other galaxies and even other Universes. They have come via the use of “wormholes” – portals in the time/space fabric of the Multiverse which allow space travel across millions of light years.

 

Many travelers from afar are eager to take part in the learning available in Porthologos, and to establish links with other libraries across the Multiverse, in order to create a network of information resources which will be available to all. It will require the cooperation of humankind and their ability to organize and make available all that is within their soul memories – experiences, feelings, creative thinking and all forms of knowledge which they carry as a result of numerous incarnations here on Earth. This individual and shared knowledge will become available in holographic form for everyone who wishes to understand the creation and development of the human species and the planet which has harbored them through the phases of descent into Darkness and return to the Light.

 

You are now in the final phases of your recovery from having been under the control of invading colonizers – those you have known as the Reptilians, Greys and Draconians. Their grip has been loosened; their leaders have either turned to the Light to be restored or have been removed under the direction of Prime Creator. What remains now of their influence is the amalgam of thought patterns and residue of dark energy which was their legacy for thousands of years. This will be understood and addressed in a complete way when the Landings begin, and each human on the planet will be offered a mentor to help them recover and regain their balance. The goal will be to help every conscious being, including all the Kingdoms of Earth, from human to animal, vegetable and mineral, to raise their vibrations so that they can ascend to the level of the New Earth.

 

Now I will tell you about the changes which are to take place in the Hierarchy of Heaven when all of you have completed your Ascension. Mother God and I will be completing our assignment as the Creators and Stewards of the Milky Way Galaxy, just as you will eventually be completing your assignments as the Creators of the New Earth. It is part of our own ascension. We will be moving to a higher plane in order to take part in the creation of a new Universe – one which will offer expanded experiences for souls who have ascended in their work in this multidimensional universe and wish to experience new and previously unimagined challenges and pleasures.

 

As we move into other responsibilities, the Ascended Masters of your Earth along with those from other planets in your galaxy and beyond have been asked to step up to serve in our place. It will not surprise you to learn that your Sananda and Lady Nada have been asked to serve in our place. It will be an arrangement which will include a greater sharing of responsibilities, made possible because your Masters have worked together seamlessly and so effectively in the long process which has been the rescue and restoration of Planet Earth to the Light.

 

A new form of governance will be established in your galaxy which will rely more on the Council of One where all will combine their gifts and talents for the Greater Good, rather than the more hierarchical system which saw Us as your Omniscient and Omnipresent Masters.

 

The extensive talents and unique abilities of Sanat Kumara and Lady Venus, Archangel Michael and Celeste, Ashtar and Athena, Maitreya, Lanto, Metatron, Tartus and others will serve in capacities of responsibility in order to establish the Milky Way as a center of communications and training for the ascension of the entire Universe. Zaraya and Quazar will return to Hollow Earth to fulfill yet-to-be fully defined responsibilities.

 

St. Germain and Lady Portia, who are now acting as the Regents of Planet Earth, will be succeeded by Lucifer and Gabriella, whose dedication to the Earth Project has yet to be fully revealed.

 

St. Germain/Portia will serve side by side with Sananda/Nada as they do now, in an arrangement which might be compared to the Parliamentary Prime Minister/President assignments. You have learned of some of their exquisitely coordinated accomplishments in the past, as participants in the Jesus and Mary Magdalene Project, as virtual Chairman and CEO of ancient and present assignments, or teamed up as Advisors and Implementers, as Nada and Portia have done so well in this lifetime.

 

Of course, in the Spirit realms, the work is always in the service of increasing Light. All activities are designed to allow the growth of the soul in ascension toward Pure Light and Pure Love. All responsibilities, all work is directed toward this end; there is no other goal but to take part in the expansion and ascension toward the glorious merging as One with the great original energy we call Prime Creator.

 

In the coming weeks, you will be learning a great deal about what it means to ascend. Those of you who still have some work to do will be given all the help and encouragement you need to learn how to raise you vibration to the 100% level. In doing so, you will allow yourself the great pleasure of being completely without fear, completely at peace, and absolutely resolved to join your Ascended Masters in the glorious celebration which will mark the graduation day for each one of you.

 

It is an entirely individual matter, one which will be determined by, for and with yourself alone. No one can raise you up, any more than anyone can breathe or think for you. It will be entirely up to you how quickly or how slowly you decide to rise above this 3-dimensional plane to begin your life in a 5th dimensional form. It will be very different, yes, but there will be nothing about the transition that is painful or regrettable. All those who are dear to you in this life will be given the same chance for growth, and they will proceed at their own pace. No one will be left behind.

 

These mysteries will become clear to you when you leave this lower dimensional experience to raise yourself, with your present body, to the higher dimensional healing chambers, where you will be able to choose how you will represent yourself should you wish to use your body to once again descend to a lower vibration, to assist in the completion of the Earth project or for similar purposes elsewhere.

 

After you complete your Ascension, you will have the option to go wherever you wish in the Universe. The 5th dimension is the portal to other dimensions, other realities. Some of you who have come from distant planets to share this experience with us will be able to return home with your brothers and sisters; there are mother ships here from many planets to pick up their beloved ones. Others will decide to remain here with us until the entire project is completed. You have learned a great deal in your time here on Earth, and your service to your fellow humans will be greatly appreciated.

 

Every soul must be saved. No one, even those who have played the roles of the darkest of the dark cabal members, will not be denied their chance to learn to Love again. It may take some time for them to grasp the truth that they no longer have the choice to continue with thoughts and actions which bring suffering to others. They will be taught to see the world as we do, in its entirety, including the intricate interactions which make it impossible to act in a vacuum. They will be educated with our powerful methods which include being able to experience holographically the lives and feelings of others. Denial becomes nearly impossible when the events which had been whitewashed and reinterpreted to suit one’s greed or arrogance are revealed and felt viscerally, in perfectly accurate detail.

 

You were each created with the capacity for love and empathy. It is in your make-up, even if one has been completely brainwashed into an ego state of suspicion, hatred, viciousness and violence. Healing for those individuals who have suffered excruciating physical abuse and sadistic psychological torture – and there are many – may require patience on the part of the student who must learn first to love him/herself before they can begin to love others. We are dedicated to providing gentle guidance, endless compassion, and if necessary, a bit of tough love, to convince each soul that it is not possible to simply opt out of Love and Light without uncomfortable consequences.

 

We have told you before, but we will reiterate now: we do not punish. No soul will be cast into Hell. There is no such place, and no action on our part which would resemble punishment. Each individual will choose their own path, with full preparation and knowledge of what they are to expect. All are invited to ascend with their brothers and sisters. Should anyone choose not to ascend, they will be provided another place in which to learn their further soul lessons, for this is the way of the Universe. All souls are born to a path of ascension; whether quickly or slowly, all beings in the Universe grow and expand. Just as the children around you grow into adults, and saplings grow into mature trees, so souls grow and evolve along their eternal path.

 

This path of Ascension has been granted to you by special agreement between humankind and your Creators. You are now at the end of a four million year cycle which will be complete when the last Earth soul accomplishes his/her ascension to the 5th dimension. At that time, Mother Earth will be granted her long-awaited opportunity to cleanse herself completely of the residue of this current civilization and will return to her original pristine state.

 

Once Gaia has completely recovered from the toxins and misuse of her resources, humankind in their new state of enlightenment and harmony will be able to return to live in the 5th dimensional Paradise which has been promised. Earth will then become a glorious center of Golden Age learning, a model of Ascension Completed for the whole Multiverse. And humankind will continue on its ambitious path to Create wonders for all the cosmos to enjoy and benefit from.

 

Many will choose to remain in Hollow Earth among the friends and loved ones who have traveled with them over long lifetimes; others will adventure far and wide across the cosmos; still others will join with us to help in the creation of the New Universe. All talents and abilities will be used in the fulfillment of each soul, without restriction by any oppressive structures or institutions. Little governance will be needed; 5th dimensional planets are governed by Universal Law – a fundamental understanding of the Cosmic Golden Rule.

 

Mother God speaks as one with me when I express the deep and endless Love we feel for each and every soul on our dear Planet Earth. We have tended to your aches and pains and wept tears of joy for your triumphs. We have shared in your feelings and your thoughts; we know your births and deaths and rebirths, and we have loved you every step along the path we have shared. Your triumphs lift us up; your expansion is ours as well. All the Universe shares in your magnificent achievement, for it is the catalyst which will drive the expansion of the entire Multiverse into a New Golden Age.

 

We share this historic moment with you, our beloved children, in great Joy. We wish you Peace, Harmony, Joy, Laughter, Abundance and much, much Love.

 

We are now and forever, yours in service, Mother and Father God.
