While public debate rages about the safety of genetically modified food, Melania Trump says that as far as she is concerned, GM products are best avoided.

Barron’s health has improved out of sight since we started eating organic, non genetically modified food,” the First Lady said.

After researching exactly where Monsanto’s genetically modified corn appeared in her family’s diet and becoming concerned about potential negative health effects, Melania Trump said she was “amazed at the place this company has in the food chain“.

The First Lady, who proudly describes herself as a “full-time mom“, then realized that Monsanto produces other genetically modified crops such as soy, sugar beets, and cotton – and these products form the foundation of many American’s diets.

In the interests of her son Barron’s health – as well as her own – Melania decided to eliminate processed foods containing GM crops from her family home.

But as Melania explained, this wasn’t as easy as it sounds. 70 to 80 percent of American processed foods contain genetically engineered ingredients, according to the Grocery Manufacturers of America.

While the FDA attempts to convince us that GM foods are safe, scientists working for the agency have repeatedly warned that the opposite is true.

These brave FDA scientists, speaking out against the official company line pushed by their corrupt superiors, have repeatedly warned that GM foods can create unpredictable, hard-to-detect side effects, including allergies, toxins, new diseases, and nutritional problems.

They have urged long-term safety studies, but have been ignored by the agency.

Health Risks

Several animal studies indicate serious health risks associated with genetically modified food, including infertility, immune problems, accelerated aging, faulty insulin regulation, and changes in major organs and the gastrointestinal system. The American Academy of Environmental Medicine has asked physicians to advise all patients to avoid GM foods.

Yet since 1996, Americans have been eating GM ingredients in most processed foods. Why isn’t the FDA protecting us?

The sad fact is that we cannot rely on the FDA to protect us. We must do our own research and educate ourselves.

In the First Lady’s case, her self-education led to her total ban on Monsanto tainted products in her household, exclusively ordering organic products that were not grown with GM seeds.

In order to completely avoid Monsanto products, the consumer must research the origins of their food.

I spent a lot of time at farmers’ markets asking farmers what seed companies they buy from, googling on my phone before making purchases.

“It took a few months but I finally managed to get Monsanto out of my life completely.

The influence that Monsanto has over U.S. food production is profound, and deeply disturbing. Once you start looking, you realize that Monsanto is everywhere. And, unfortunately, their influence is not benign.

Vitamin B17, Raw Bitter Almonds, and Apricot Seeds

In 2007, bitter almonds (not regular almonds) were becoming popular with alternative medicine due to their vitamin B-17 content. Health food stores stopped selling B-17 in the form of apricot seeds in 2002, due to armed raids. The F.D.A. openly banned apricot seeds, and the extract, because it was touted as a cure for cancer; and curing is not allowed in America. The British Government followed suit, and did the very same things during 2002. Innocent people in both countries were arrested and charged for merely selling apricot seeds, a carrier of B-17 (laetrile).

Bitter almonds were later discovered as the highest source of this vitamin. Vitamin B-17 was still a somewhat newly discovered vitamin, and it is rarely found in nature. In fact, there are organizations affiliated with orthodox Defy Your Doctor and B… C. Thomas Corriher, Sa… Best Price: $23.97 Buy New $23.98 medicine which still will not officially recognize vitamin B-17 as a vitamin. The reason for the exploding popularity of vitamin B17, and thereby bitter almonds, was due to the fact that vitamin B-17 has dramatic and miraculous cancer killing properties. While alternative medicine has had effective and non-toxic cancer cures since the 1930’s, the new vitamin really looked like a magic bullet. There were reports everywhere of cancers being killed merely from patients eating bitter almonds daily. Soon there would be almond extract capsules, so that these same patients would need only to take one cheap, non-toxic pill per day. It did not bode well for the pharmaceutical industry. Hundreds of billions of dollars were about to be lost.

In September of 2007, the F.D.A. claimed that raw almonds had been linked to two salmonella outbreaks in five years, and that all almonds needed to be pasteurized, because they were suddenly a danger to the nation’s health. These salmonella outbreaks were not due to any organic almonds, which reminds us of the many meat recalls. Salmonella and e-coli are present in our foods only because of grossly unhygienic factory conditions; not because any natural foods are inherently covered with bacteria. For the organic bitter almonds, the required pasteurization would bring only one significant change in them. It would neutralize the vitamin B17. Pristine almonds are the only easily accessible source of vitamin B17. They are illegal now by F.D.A. decree. The highest source of B17, the bitter almond tree, was banned from the U.S. in 1995.

Never before in history had any nation practiced the absurdity of pasteurizing dry (often salted) nuts. Americans may not use raw almonds for food anymore, and much more importantly, Americans are outlawed from using bitter almonds (vitamin B17) to cure cancer. Judging from the F.D.A.’s bizarre aggression towards almonds that contain intact vitamin B17, and apricot seeds, it is easy to conclude just how powerful and effective vitamin B-17 is for curing cancer, at least for those of us who are knowledgeable about the F.D.A.’s history.

Despite floods of phone calls and letters of disapproval to the U.S.D.A. and the F.D.A., almonds sold in the U.S. must now be pasteurized. These same agencies have notified food producers that they may freely and dishonestly label their pasteurized almonds as ‘raw’. Therefore, almonds in the United States that are labeled as ‘raw’, are actually deceptively labeled, and we recommend boycotting the companies that participate in this fraud.

Most almonds are pasteurized with Propylene oxide. Propylene oxide is a known carcinogen, and it is on California’s Proposition 65 list of chemicals that are known to cause both cancer and reproductive harm. This means that the majority of almonds sold in the U.S. are not only nutritionally neutralized, but contain dangerous chemical toxins as well. Remember that before the F.D.A. decided almonds must be tainted, almonds were so healthful that they could quickly cure cancer without side effects in most test subjects. Alternative medicine’s magic bullet just had to go!

Whole Foods only sells almonds which have been pasteurized with steam, which is an improvement over poisonous pasteurization methods; but it still degrades the nutritional value of almonds, and of course, eliminates at least some of the anti-cancer vitamin B17. There is usually no way to know which method has been used for pasteurization, because labeling laws are made to benefit the manufacturers, and deceive the consumers.

Wait A Minute! Aren’t Bitter Almonds Poisonous?

According to the modern F.D.A., bitter almonds are poisonous, but somehow bitter almonds became a serious health danger just after it was also discovered that they contain the cancer destroying vitamin B17. Bitter almonds had been eaten by humanity unimpaired during the previous 9,000 years of history.

People who warn us about bitter almonds typically state that they contain prussic acid (a chemical precursor to cyanide compounds), and hydrocyanic acid (also in the cyanide family). Similar compounds exist in benign organic forms in most of our healthiest foods, so while it is true that bitter almonds contain these compounds (like other healthy foods), is it also equally true that our science does not understand how these organic forms operate inside the body. The danger of bitter almonds is generally assumed based on the discovery of these compounds, and not on empirical evidence of people actually dying. Real science does not present assumptions as facts.

We cannot find a single verifiable and credible case of death by almonds. The idea sounds almost ridiculous. We can find stories of deaths from almond consumption in medical journals, blogs, and pro-pharma web sites, but it is impossible to trace any of those reports to real deceased people. They do not exist, and this speaks volumes about the tactics of our adversaries. In the handful of cases in which bitter almonds or other sources for laetrile were cited as the cause of death, the victims did not show the classic symptoms of cyanide poisoning. In most cases, the victims were taking chemotherapy too, and the symptoms more closely matched that of death by chemo. The most emphasized death was that of Chad Green, who supposedly died of his alternative treatments, but we cannot uncover any in-depth details of his death. That is probably intentional.

Most of us don’t know that the stickers attached to the fruits and vegetables, are there for more than just scanning the price. The PLU code, or the Price Lookup Number on the sticker, can help you determine if the product is genetically modified, organic, or produced with chemical fertilizers, fungicides or herbicides.

A four-digit code beginning with a 3, or a 4 means the produce is probably conventionally grown. The last digits of the code represent the kind of the fruit, or vegetable you are buying. For example, bananas are labeled with the code of 4-0-1-1.

A five-digit code that starts with a “8”, means the product is genetically modified. The label on genetically modified tomato would contain the number 8-4-8-0-5. A five-digit code that starts with a “9”, means the product is organic. Organic bananas are labeled as 9-4-0-1-1. EWG, the Environmental Working Group, analyzed pesticide residue testing data from the U.S.

Department of Agriculture and FDA, to come up with rankings for these popular fresh produce items. The EWG notes that 99% of apples, 98% of peaches, and 97% of nectarines, all tested positive for at least one pesticide residue, while the average white potato had more pesticides by weight than any other produce!

The following foods have very high pesticide loads, and should always be purchased organic, or grow yourself! Apples, Celery, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Grapes, Hot Peppers, Nectarines, Peaches, Potatoes, Spinach, Strawberries, Sweet Bell Peppers, Kale or Collard Greens, and Summer Squash.

The following foods were found by EWG to be relatively low in pesticide residue. They may be good conventional options for those on a budget. Asparagus, Avocados, Cabbage, Cantaloupe, Non-GMO Sweet Corn, Eggplant, Grapefruit, Kiwi, Mangoes, Mushrooms, Onions, Non-GMO Papayas, Pineapples, Sweet Peas and Sweet Potatoes.

The Environmental Protection Agency warns that the consumption of pesticides can lead to health problems such as, birth defects, nerve damage, cancer, and other effects that might occur over a long period of time.

Children are especially at risk of harm from pesticides. Therefore, please consume organic or conventional grown or self-grown fruits and vegetables.

From cradle to grave, Americans suffer from “mysterious” health problems that medical doctors just can’t seem to solve, not with medications, surgery or chemotherapy. Where oh where could all of these problems come from – ones that other countries barely have, or don’t have at all?

Think about it: Why would anyone’s body completely freak out just because you open a jar of peanut butter on the other side of the room? Why would a baby get a headache so severe that it causes brain damage? How did the statistics of autism go from 1 in 10,000 boys to 1 in 68, just since the late 1990s, and could it have anything to do with injecting the most toxic non-radioactive chemical on planet earth – an acute neurotoxin called mercury – into the muscle tissue of children over, and over, and over, and up to 30 times before they reach the age of three?

People worry so much about infectious diseases, but since the advent of decent plumbing and hospital hygiene in the mid-1900s, that hasn’t been a problem. Maybe everybody should be much more concerned about preventing preventable diseases, that shouldn’t be labeled diseases at all, since they’re not really contagious, in the literal sense of the word. The epidemic-style “diseases” of modern America are more or less disorders – disorders of the cells, malfunctions of cleansing organs, chronic inflammation, unnatural, conjured-up immune reactions, severely disrupted endocrine systems, infected lymphatic fluids, and profoundly disturbed central nervous systems. These malfunctions are not normal. The majority of these are not inherited from parents. These are health crises that develop after birth, and often worsen within a handful of years to the extent that they become permanent issues, requiring extensive, expensive, long-term care.

Since WWII, American food, medicine and personal care products have become heavily contaminated with toxins, and not by accident. “Big Food” and “Big Pharma” have grown to monopolize the industries that make Americans sick and dysfunctional, and they target the children, knowing that the parents will do anything (including spending every dime they have) to try to fix the problems and give their kids a normal life, or at least as close to normal as their money will provide. And there are only two types of medical doctors in the USA: There are the ones who know nothing about toxins in food and medicine, and who prescribe chemical quack medicines that address only the symptoms of preventable disorders, and then there are the medical doctors who know about toxins in food, medicine and personal care products, but prescribe chemical quack medicines anyway.

So, it’s not conspiracy theory when you eat a food product loaded with monosodium glutamate (MSG) and get a migraine headache within an hour that lasts for hours, leaving you completely non-functional, now is it? So then realize this, it’s also not guess work to figure out that most hyperactive, “ADHD” children eat toxic food dyes and can’t sit still at school afterwards. It’s also not some wild “hypothesis” that vaccines are made with peanut oil, which is not listed as an ingredient, because the so-called “trace amounts” aren’t enough to “count” according to the CDC. So now, friends, it’s time to closely examine the top 10 toxins in food and medicine that cause the majority of U.S. allergies, diseases and disorders.

#1. Mercury in vaccines causes autism.

#2. Peanut oil used to brew vaccines causes severe peanut allergies in developing children.

Many savvy and health conscious shoppers analyze food labels to know exactly what’s concocted in that jar, can or box. 1. Pink Slime – This is not finely textured beef. It’s to the bone meat scraps mixed with ammonia to bulk up cheap burgers and hot dogs. Not allowed in E.U.

2. Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) – For twenty years, Americans and their animals have been guinea pigs eating food with pesticides or herbicides embedded in the DNA. You’ll find GMOs in 80% of all processed food and feed. Animals experience birth defects, intestinal problems and sterility. 38 nations, including Russia, Italy, Venezuela, Scotland and Austria have banned them.

3. Carrageenan – Just cause it’s made from seaweed doesn’t mean it’s healthy. It thickens up U.S.food – yogurt, milk, infant formula – and is a culprit in gastrointestinal disorders. The E.U. bans this in their baby food.

4. Atrazine – This herbicide is an endocrine disrupter and most likely in your drinking water. Exposed male frogs are “chemically castrated” by atrazine and it’s banned in the E.U.

5. Artificial Hormones – We feed these to the cattle to fatten ’em up. Humans may get cancer as a result of eating the meat or milk laden with these synthetic hormones, which are banned in Japan, E.U., China and Australia.

6. Chickens in Arsenic – You know arsenic is a poison, but it makes your raw chicken purchase look pinker. Cows eat arsenic laced chicken manure. You might too, if you eat conventional meat. This process is banned in the E.U.

7. Ractopamine Pork – No, it’s not a dinosaur, Ractopamine is an asthma medication for pigs. It increases their muscle and the money they bring. You might get headaches, insomnia or gain weight or worse. Ractopamine additives are banned in Russia, China and the E.U.

8. Brominated Vegetable Oil (BVM) – if you drink energy/sport drinks, this poisonous flame retardant keeps your drink from separating. And may cause cancer, birth defects, schizophrenia and worse in rats. It’s so bad, 100 countries have banned it.

9. Artificial Coloring – You’re ingesting petroleum and coal tar when eating Red 40 or Yellow 5. It’s in candy and many other brightly colored foods. Read the label, because hyperactivity and brain cancer are risks. Banned in many parts of the E.U.

10. Bromine Bread – This increases the bulk and revs up the speed in bread production. Rats have bulked up with cancer, nervous system and kidney problems, among others. Canada. China. Brazil and the E.U. have banned it.

11. Azodicarbonamide – A chemical for whiter flour, yoga mats and rubber soles. Check your bread products. Asthma is a risk. It’s banned in Singapore.

12. Butylated Hydroxyanisole and Butylated Hydroxytoluene – This stops food spoilage. And may cause cancer. In butter, meat and gum. Japan, the UK say No!

13. Antibiotics – Given to animals to keep ’em healthy and fatter in CAFOs. Linked to antibiotic resistance and banned in New Zealand, E.U. and Australia.

14. Irradiation – Fukashima for food! Radiation is used to extend shelf life and killing bacteria. Used on meats, fruits and vegetables. Banned in the E.U.

15. Phosphate Additives – Added to meats for “flavor enhancement” and less shrinkage. Also sodas. Distractify.com calls it an “arterial toxin and increases heart disease risk.”

Countries banning these things are smart. Here in the “USA” we have FDA-USDA-EPA and so many other agencies, approving poisons as “food” to guarantee profits to big pharma-medical and insurance corporates, who get to bankrupt their victims! very similarly MONSATAN cropdusts an organic farmer’s land and if anything is left standing afterwards they sue the farmer for stealing their “patented” GMO crap, instead of them being sued for the GMO contaminating a REAL crop! the “legal system” and “banksters” are in on it of course.

“supermarket loyalty discount cards” were NEVER needed for inventory or shelf re-stocking. they spent billions putting card systems in place mid-late 90’s, to more individually track the toxic junk you eat. they can know how much what color how stinky this week, and through “relational database shared information system” (big SIS) the “doctors” know what to hand out to treat the symptoms, insurers know how big a “health risk” to charge more (and more!).. but most people can’t add the 1+1+1 of it, mindlessly dismissing it all as “conspiracy theory” when all the components are right in front of them!
   
HFCS is made from GMO garbage “corn”, making it worse. I was “lucky” 30+ years ago finding out “aspartame” (ONE soda!) would give me a 12-14 hour migraine, only took 4-5 sodas over a couple months time to make the conclusion. thought and said it “watch this s#it cause brain tumors!”, which is happening but “doctors” are programmed to deny it as they pitch band-aid symptom treatment bankrupting people. same for “krones” (sp?), its not a “disease” its a symptom of poisons being approved for sale as “food”. a “doctor” or “nurse” poisoning patients to feel important and needed would normally be locked away for being a psychopath attempting murder, but now it’s the whole “system” doing it, for PROFITS!!!!

    Foods are “irradiated” by exposure to gamma rays emitted from cobalt -60. This does not make the food radioactive, but does make it sterile. Cobalt-60 was used as a source of gamma rays in radiotherapy.

This simply shows again the FDA is a totally corrupt cesspool bought and paid for by the Pharmaceutical and Food Processing companies, just as corrupt as most of the rest of our worthless government. The late John P. Dobbins Sc.D., who had a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from UC Berkeley, an electrical engineering degree from a top school in Germany and a doctor’s degree in physics from the Swiss Federal Institute in Zurich, after a distinguished career in industry, he became interested in human health. He submitted a detailed report “The Health Dangers of Sugar” to the FDA and proved it is a toxic poison and requested they remove it from the AFL or approved foods list. The only thing I might add to your compilation is that “fluoride” is found in the water supply of most major cities here. Thus, commercial food and drink manufacturing (soups / bottled drinks etc) are tainted with this toxic substance that is also banned in several European countries and a multitude globally.

“In Minneapolis, 21-year-old activist Sophia Wilansky is in critical condition and has been undergoing a series of surgeries, after reportedly being hit by a concussion grenade during the police attack against water protectors fighting the $3.8 billion Dakota Access pipeline in North Dakota Sunday night. Sunday’s attack at Standing Rock included police firing rubber bullets, mace canisters and water cannons in subfreezing temperatures. The Standing Rock Medic & Healer Council reports as many as 300 people were injured in the attack, with the injuries ranging from hypothermia to seizures, to loss of consciousness, to impaired vision as a result of being shot by a rubber bullet in the face. Water protectors say at least 26 people were evacuated from the area by ambulances and hospitalized. Sophia Wilansky was evacuated and airlifted to a Minneapolis hospital. After hours of surgery, she posted on Facebook early this morning that her arm has not been amputated, but she will not know for another week whether amputation might be required.

The Morton County Sheriff’s Department is claiming the police are not responsible for her injury.

Wilansky is from New York City and has organized against the construction of pipelines, including the AIM Spectra pipeline, in New York and across the East Coast. A prayer vigil is slated for 4 p.m. today outside the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis.”*
