The end of the worldly troubles is in sight but even when you return to what you would call normality there is much to be done to start anew and leave much of the old behind. With lockdown many countries have been laid bare and their shortcomings so apparent. It is not always the result of mismanagement but circumstances that have led to the acknowledgement of antiquated systems and a lack of foresight. Inequality has led to a great disparity between countries, although it is also due to the misuse of funds that have been kept for personal gain. These situations are coming to light and steps are being taken to remove those who have abused their power for their personal benefit.

Times are approaching when there will be no hiding place for those who have committed criminal acts against the people. There are of course genuine and honest people amongst you but sometimes they are overwhelmed by the actions of those who only serve self. It will all change, it has to if society is to be seen openly working for the betterment of all people. Sadly the dark Ones have had the power to move into positions of authority from where they further their own agenda. Many promises are made but thrust aside to allow abuse of their power and these actions are often carried out openly, but in future they will be closely monitored and action taken to prevent a recurrence.

The time is approaching when the people will rise up and demand an end to poverty and look for a more equal society. There are more than ample funds in the world to allow for such changes and it is just a matter of having a fairer system of distribution. This would be without claiming the funds “stolen” by the dark Ones to pay for their projects such as Space flights and all that is associated with them. You really are the Cinderella of the world but your day will come, perhaps much quicker than you might imagine. It always seems that the dark Ones can get away with whatever they wish, but be assured their power is already being limited. Nothing can be revealed in advance or broadcast about the tasks ahead, as secrecy is the best way to shield them but you may be assured that when successful they will be made known to the public in due course.

These are the times when we are in touch with your Space friends who would gladly help you out when in need, but apart from giving you encouragement they cannot directly help you but do their best to influence you to take the right action. Much is done that you will probably never become aware of, but you will realise you always have your unseen helpers around you. They do their best to ensure that you have every opportunity to help the Light in its battle against the dark Ones. This battle has been raging for millennia of time but it is drawing to a close. You have won the battle and now it is time to clear the planet from their influences.

The future for many of you is going to be exciting as you take part in reorganising the Earth to its original plan, and the beauty of it is that as the vibrations continue to rise you will find less and less obstruction to your work. Little by little you will find that your powers have increased so be alert to the changes that are coming. These are strange times but suddenly the purpose behind everything will become apparent, and it is preparations for your Ascension. Obviously it is now very important that you keep the Light around you and do not allow the dark Ones to interfere with your continued evolution.

As we have often suggested, you should concentrate on the path you are following that is of your choice. The more progress you make the quicker you will establish yourself within the higher vibrations, and become free of the attention of the dark Ones. There will come a point where they can no longer keep pace with you. Even now you can safely avoid negative issues or actions by keeping inside your aura. When you are within it no one can interfere with you because you are well protected.

The Earth erupts to the raucous sounds that are emitted often in the name of music, yet when it is serene and gentle in a classical way it is actually of a healing quality. As you will learn through your experiences of sound it can actually harm or heal your body and the choice is yours. Mozart for example was overshadowed when composing and his music has a quality that can be very healing.

Sound has often played a part in various types of healing including mental afflictions. The vibrations can pass into your body and put right any imbalances that may exist. Think upon the way that soothing music can help send you to sleep, even when you may be unsettled within. Equally when music is used romantically it can almost send people into a peaceful trance. You may experience most of these feelings without giving a thought to what has brought them about.

It is very much the same where colour is concerned, and there is certainly more awareness of its healing qualities. It all comes down to vibrations and most of you have almost certainly experienced feelings about the colours you wear. However the subject of colour is certainly not new to many of you, and it has been used to good effect in many places such as hospitals. In the near future the whole subject of vibrations will become common knowledge, and used in many ways for the benefit of humanity.

Forget for a moment all of your troubles and turn to music that can help you in many ways. You could certainly say that it has been used for a very long time to evoke feelings of joy and happiness, and it will continue to be so. You can also understand music used for special occasions such as weddings or funerals, so it is apparent that you have understood its various qualities even if not exactly the nature of what has taken place. However, you are now in a new Age when all of these “secrets” will be understood and revealed. Then you will really see how much will change and lift you up and widen your understanding of things around you.

The testing period you are in is going to make a big impression, so much so that things, many things that you take for granted are going to change. It is hoped that you will seize the opportunity to lay before you a path to Ascension that will reflect the needs that will arise as a result. Your focus should be entirely upon it as you have much to do in preparation for it. We feel that your present experiences will result in a more cooperative feeling amongst nations, who will recognise the Oneness of mankind regardless of colour or creed and realise that there is a greater need for a coming together, if you are to make world peace for once and for all time.

Currently you are seeing the outworking of the last time events will touch upon war between nations. The time for such actions is no longer acceptable and differences can be settled amicably if those concerned put their minds to it. You could make much quicker progress if you adopted peaceful attitudes and put an end to petty squabbles. The people of the Earth are One, and the ego must be set aside so as to allow good sense to prevail so that you can advance in a unified manner. Look ahead and set a path that allows all countries to come together. The days of continual warring are finished and ended with the coming of the New Age. It has barely commenced but already there is a new feeling amongst people, who realise that the way forward is through peace and goodwill.

Politics are also changing inasmuch that there is less showmanship and deceit and instead a move to an honest relationship where all are treated with respect. Inequality has often resulted in difficult relationships where those holding the power have laid down the rules. The need for honesty and openness is needed to create good relationships that have been seriously lacking in recent times. It will improve as the “right” people take positions of authority and ensure fairness in all transactions. The truth has often been scarce but times are changing as more responsible and honest people move into the top positions. It may take time for people to realise how much things have changed for the better, but once the last vestiges of war have been removed, it will be obvious that a new era has commenced.

The population of Earth has tired of the continual wars and conflicts, having realised that they have been orchestrated, deliberated, and started by members of the Illuminati. Peace has never been their objective and even now they try to create situations that lead to wars, however greater powers than theirs have the authority to prevent their actions, as an end to them has now been decreed. There may still be minor skirmishes, but nothing of any importance. The changes taking place are irreversible and will eventually lead to peace on Earth. It will be seen as a prelude to permanent peace and allow great strides to be taken towards open contact with the Galactic Beings who patiently await the right opportunity to make themselves known to you. They have been following your progress for a long time, and are pleased that they can now help Humanity to achieve its goal of a One Nation of Peace. Their experience will be invaluable as you leave the old totally behind for an entirely new life.

There is so much waiting to be carried out once the vibrations have reached a point from where peace will reign. You cannot imagine how excited the Galactic’s are, knowing that the time is approaching when they can openly come amongst you. Their role will be to show you the way forward and help you speed up your activities. You have never really experienced what it feels like to rest in peace knowing that there is no threat against it. Understand that the higher vibrations will affect all living forms in a manner that you have not yet seen and would find it hard to visualize. You will get the idea from the promise that “the Lion would lay down with the Lamb”. There have of course been times when the harmony upon Earth reached new heights, but they have only been momentary. Just for a few moments you have been lifted up and experienced that peace and love that seems as though it could last for an eternity. It is a sign of things to come that are assured as you rise higher and higher into new levels of vibration.

The beauty and love as you rise up is something you have yet to experience, but it will eventually come your way. What you do during this time of change will set the system up for the remaining period up to Ascension. There is no need to panic as in fact you have more than ample time to put into place systems that will adequately cover your needs. In some respects you are in a critical time when changes are going to come quickly into place. It will be for the betterment of you all so that you will be fully prepared to take the necessary steps to keep you on track for the final changes. Initially it will seem chaotic, but as they take place so will your designated path become clearer.

Be assured as always help is on hand to guide you, and in this period we will be able to be more active. That does not mean that it is the right time to come closer to you, and you will hardly fail to recognise the result of our input. You have many friends and family who follow your progress and are urging you ever onwards to ensure a satisfactory conclusion. After the many lives you have had to reach this point you rest assured we are present to ensure you enjoy a satisfactory conclusion.

This is the time you have been working towards through many, many lives and having earned the opportunity to ascend you should have no problem in going all the way to completion. We are with you, so call upon us when in need and we will do our best to impress upon whatever you should do. Sit quietly and peacefully and we will be able to come quite close to you. As we rapidly approach the New Year the pressure is building up on the authorities to officially announce the presence of ET’s on Earth who have bases underground. They have been in existence for many years and their spacecraft have been regularly seen in your skies. First Contact was made in the late 1940’s, when by agreement ET’s were allowed to have an undisturbed underground presence on Earth. There have been so many sightings over the years and many, many contacts been made with us. It can no longer be claimed that the ET presence is kept secret so as not to frighten or upset the people, as the whole subject has been aired so many times that most people are prepared to accept that ET’s present no danger to them. In fact they try to keep out of the public view although that is not entirely possible. It can be confusing, as your own military forces have long had their own craft that are not easily distinguishable from any others. However, the triangular craft are more likely to be your own and are regularly seen in your sky.

Making an official announcement has been considered many times but put off for various reasons, but it is clear that it is overdue and Humanity should be allowed to know what is taking place at this present time. Whilst you have benefitted over the years from the technical advances that have been made, there are nevertheless many more that would quickly propel you into the New Age, such as free energy that would do away with fossil fuels. The electric car is catching on very quickly and part of urgently needed changes to help eliminate the problem of pollution that has grown to dangerous proportions. There are moves in the right direction but much more is needed if the problem is to be seriously tackled. The Galactic Forces have the technology to help you, but first you must yourselves show the right approach and dedication to removing the problem. The people have awakened to what is needed but in most instances adequate official support has been lacking. Some may ask why not give us help now but are unaware just how much is done already without publicity. Be assured that without help from your ET friends you would already have run into much more serious problems.

You may ask why if we have compassion and love for you why we do not help more now, but you must first show serious attention to dealing with the problems that could otherwise lead to unprecedented loss of life. We believe that you will respond sufficiently to the dangers that threaten you but time is short and the sooner you apply yourselves to the needs of the people the quicker the problems will be taken under control. We realise that matters have suddenly speeded up but they have been threatening you for quite some time. You could by now have set up adequate resources to tackle the upcoming problems, and nothing short of a world-wide agreement will be sufficient to stop the inevitable from taking place. You certainly have the backing of the people who clearly understand the urgency of the situation. We cannot help more but feel that if war threatened your planet you would soon mobilize yourselves to deal with it, and such a response is really required now.

We do not wish or intend that our warning causes panic amongst the people, but it is only by highlighting the problems of the various authorities that they will come together and make plans to adequately deal with them. The younger generations have come into life with a greater awareness of the dangers to the planet and mankind. Their voices are getting louder and they demand that suitable action is taken now, as their futures are also at stake more so than the older generations. Bear in mind that souls being born in recent times are more understanding of the problems and how they should be dealt with to delay the quickening demise of the Earth. The problems can be overcome but time is of the essence and action needs to be seen, and the quicker the better.

You have come a long way to get to this point in your evolution and are being prepared for a leap in it. In one sense there is little time left for you to become ready yet every opportunity is being taken to raise your consciousness and awareness levels. With the changes in your evolution coming nearer you must be on track for it and have preferably integrated the positive changes that can lift you up. Obviously some souls do not respond to the higher vibrations, having been engulfed in the lower vibrations with no desire or understanding of the need to leave the old ways behind, and seek a better way. Every soul that starts to awaken and looks for help will get it, and there are many groups that have the knowledge and desire to help them.

Do not forget that there are many societies and other bodies that are all aware of the changes that are taking place, and ready to help those who are seeking the truth. A momentous time is coming with the aim of bringing the changes into manifestation, lifting humankind out of the darkness and fully into the Light. It must come, because it has already been ordained by those who oversee your evolution. You have got through the hard part by passing the marker and must now focus on your future, and take the wonderful opportunity that is presenting itself to lead you onto the higher levels, and put all of the woe and misery behind you never to blight you again. It may mean changing your old links with the past but that is inevitable if you are to rise up with Ascension.

Go about your work cheerfully and know that in reality the good times are approaching, inasmuch that you attract similar energies to those of yourself. In other words it is you who has the control over how your life works out, although it must be said that any karma that you create becomes part of your life. Karma is not necessarily negative but Humans have a habit of creating situations that result in it. The simple answer is to share your love with all souls and think no ill of anyone and you should lead a trouble free life. It is easier than it sounds but initially your ego may get in the way, as it is used to being in charge. Think upon it, if all souls were loving and kind the world’s problems would immediately disappear and happiness would reign.

Creating a beautiful world sounds so simple, but whilst inequality exists there will always be problems. There is enough of everything to meet people’s needs, but unfortunately the wealth of the world is in the hands of a very small minority. It will have to change and it will as such situations cannot be allowed to stand in the way of progress. Be assured that higher beings are influencing people to do what is necessary to bring the changes about and they will achieve their objectives.

Mike Quinsey: In Transition

A solitary life is not necessarily one without needed experiences and offers much time for contemplation, and certainly those quiet periods in your life are opportunities to clear the clutter from your mind. Clear thinking comes with positive knowledge that enables you to follow a life plan that is assured of opportunities to further your evolution. Have a life plan, and if it is in line with your needs it will be supported by your Guides. It will also enable you to make decisions that are going to advance your plans in a way that is beneficial to you. What are often called the coincidences in life are intended moments that have been arranged on your behalf, to keep you on track with your life contract. Be assured that there are often times when your spiritual progress is taking place in accordance with plans laid down prior to your incarnation.

Such arrangements will have been made with your agreement, as although you might not accept such an idea, we would suggest that without a firm plan your life could be aimless and wasted. As you view it perhaps many souls around you seem to be without purpose, but be aware that you cannot necessarily know the reason for what others are experiencing. Also realise that you in part are also involved in other soul’s experiences, although it might not be apparent at the time. It is beginning to sound very complicated, but the Guides of all souls have the power to ensure that matters work out to the advantage of all concerned. However, if one soul should fail to “play” their part on behalf of another one or even for themselves, there will always be other opportunities. Spirit has more resources available to them than you would imagine and failure is not an option.

Now that you are part way into the New Age you should be aware that there is no going back to the old ways. You are in a transition period when the shackles of the past have to be thrown off, as they have served their purpose and allowed an immense amount of karma to be cleared. Think back to two World Wars and the millions of souls who gave their lives during that period. It was the greatest ever clearance of karma, and freed souls to have another opportunity to evolve through their own experiences. Having been given a clean sheet it has put the onus on each soul to help plan their future lives, and ensure constant evolution and avoid a return to the old ways of brute force and ignorance that created so much karma. Providing you take this opportunity to keep to your agreed spiritual path, you will have every help to be successful and reach a level that leads you to Ascension.

If you transgress and lose your way through life there are still opportunities to get back on track, but each time it is delaying your evolution. However, your Guides will never give up on you, and will be trying hard to help you overcome your problems. If you do not respond to help you simply make it harder for yourself to progress. There will of course be further life opportunities to evolve and understand that you will always have help, even if it is not apparent. Spirit wants you to succeed, as they know your true potential, that in reality you are a very experienced soul and quite capable of overcoming the challenges that confront you.

Understand that between each life you always review the outcome, and decisions are made so that your next life is planned to overcome your weak points. It begs the question as to whether you will recognise the opportunities that are given you to overcome your failures. However, providing you have faith in your Guides and respond to their promptings, you will make progress and the more you understand the purpose of life you cannot really fail. Take note of situations you find yourself in and try to understand the lessons to be learnt.

Life is not all hard work and you are given ample time to also enjoy the pleasures. However, do not envy those who seem to have everything as sometimes the responsibility of it can be overwhelming. The poor man often dreams of being rich yet his values are simple and fulfilling. Remember that each soul will have all kinds of experiences over many lives, and the ultimate aim is to further their evolution. Those who are successful and seem to have everything in their lives may not be finding it as easy as you might imagine, wealth can be a great responsibility and even a burden.

As you evolve you will find that you acquire a greater understanding of life and its purpose, and you will see others in a different light. All become as your brothers and sisters and you realise that all have a responsibility to each other. Humanity as a whole cannot truly move on until the very last soul has achieved progress because you are One and cannot be separated. Yet some souls obviously advance quicker than others, but ultimately all must be brought up to the same level.

You should find life gradually becoming easier and progress straightforward and much quicker than it was in the last cycle. With the coming of the higher vibrations matters have speeded up and the influence of the lower vibrations has less impact than it used to have. As time passes life will definitely become easier and the Light will dispel the lower energies much more quickly. Things are definitely looking up and once matters settle down you will enter a new era of relative peace and happiness. At present however much confusion still exists and many small battles still rage, but the mood of people is changing and peace is becoming a matter of urgency. The old ways are no longer acceptable and the people have no hesitation in openly demanding a peaceful existence. The people are a powerful force for good when they all pull in the same direction and their voice will be heard and noted.

We mentioned previously that Mother Earth is very active making her preparations for the upliftment that is coming. There are efforts all round to try and make progress with the least problems to Humanity, but until there is full co-operation there are going to be difficulties. There has to be more help given to those who shoulder the responsibility for making things run smoothly. Much time and money is used on projects that are badly planned, and Man is heading for difficult problems unless there is co-operation between the countries. For our part we will be trying to influence the actions of those involved, so that things run smoothly.

Do not be discouraged by what is happening upon Earth, the upliftment comes after the cleansing has been completed of old energies that have run their course. You now have a better opportunity to link in with the new energies that will lift your vibrations, resulting in you being less affected by the lower energies. We ask you again to concentrate and focus on the new ones as these will carry you quickly forwards and help leave the old ones behind. You have been preparing for these times over many lives, and you have the experience to carry them forward to enrich your work for spirit. Now is the time to start using the talents that you have to help those that are ready to lift their vibrations.

When one views the unrest in the world, it is apparent that much seems to arise from the difference of opinion as to how life should or should not be lived. The problem seems to be one of intolerance to another person’s views or beliefs that all through history has led to confrontations, and even wars. From our point of view we see groups of people playing out their beliefs, but some are more extreme and wish to impose themselves upon others believing that theirs is more important and of the truth. Dear Ones, why can you not allow others to follow their own beliefs knowing that in the long run only the truth will remain. Historically forcing people to follow one set of beliefs has never worked and inevitably led to wars without achieving a peaceful co-existence. It is time to let go of the ego that stops you from finding peaceful solutions to your differences, because you could live quite happily together with the intent of creating a peaceful scenario. It will come in time as the vibrations are lifting and all thoughts and actions of war are slowly being rejected. In the latter stages the last Age was a series of non-stop bloody wars causing millions and millions of lives to be lost, and even more affected by the outcome. One day you will look back and wonder how such barbaric things could take place, and why you could not have lived in peaceful co-existence. The inequalities of life have much to answer for but without leaders who could broker peace in all nations when you were led by those who supported the Anti-Christ.

Many souls that lost their lives or who were badly affected by the experience of wars are now reincarnating, and they bring with them a strong desire for creating the conditions that will lead to permanent world peace. They understand that the New Age has left war and warlike actions behind, and as time passes even the thoughts of war will be replaced by thoughts of peaceful coexistence. Humanity has by its actions shown a genuine desire to create a pathway to a world where all nations strive for peace and dismantle or remove all things that are opposed to it. Can you imagine the goodwill that it would create and the happiness and joy it would bring to the people, who could finally live free from fear and deprivation. Already the seeds of change exist and peace-loving souls are ready to guide you to the “promised land”.

Thought is powerful, much more than you probably realise and if sufficient people concentrated on peaceful thoughts and actions, there is nothing that you could not achieve. Be certain that the warmongers are now in a minority and the largest nations are bound to get together to draft permanent peace. Imagine how beneficial it would be to the world’s population and how it would raise morale, and hope for a better level of existence. On another level the diminishing lower energies would result in a general upliftment of the vibrations to the benefit of all people. Think peace and discard all thoughts of war, and help to hasten the time that is approaching when mighty changes are about to occur for the benefit of all people.

Technologies are advancing at an astonishing rate and when they are used for the benefit of all people, the standard of life will change for the better, and the necessities of life will be available to all. It comes about because of major changes in the way that things become more automated. You are already seeing some advances but there are many more already in use secretly that are being denied to you. Such situations will gradually cease to be a problem as warlike operations will no longer become necessary. Naturally every planet needs overall protection even in peaceful times but they will not be bound by secrecy

Meantime the changes will go on until it all settles down, and you have a world with leaders that openly cooperate with each other for peace. World Government will work well in such circumstances as it is clearly to everyone’s advantage. Think beyond the old ways as you are not bound by them now and project positive thoughts that are your vision of a new Earth, because it is coming. By moving beyond the marker you have earned the right to now to move ahead into much better times and enjoy peace and a bountiful life. The old mixture of the positive and negative is no longer applicable and has run its course never to return. This will become more apparent as time passes but be patient as it has only just appeared on the horizon.

Your ability to comprehend and fully understand the messages is becoming much stronger. You have the power to influence what happens in the future, and it is down to Humanity to lay down the path you need to tread to fulfil your expectations for a peaceful and loving existence. It was always planned that way but was simply a potential that relied upon your ability to overcome the challenges presented to you. Freewill is yours and although the plan is for your evolution it still remains in your hands.

Many of you have expressed a wish to join the Forces of Light that monitor all activities within your Universe. They are like Cosmic Wardens that can relocate at any time through the power of thought and deal with any problems that arise. However their work is to deal with trouble before it becomes serious and they have the authority to override efforts to change their activities or ignore their instructions. Cosmic Law overrides other considerations and it makes their authority absolute. There are always greater Beings that maintain Law and Order in the Universe and those who serve the Light need have no concern about their own position that always has their support.

Your Earth has been in isolation for a very long time, to prevent the lower energies from affecting others who have moved beyond your level. Conversely it is also to maintain your chosen path to Ascension and stop other entities from interfering in any way that would alter the outcome. Your evolution has been closely monitored for eons of time, so as to ensure that you progressed in a natural way resulting from your own actions and thoughts. It is for example to your credit that you passed the marker in 2012, and why you are now in a far better situation that has given you a greater freedom of choice, and more help to guide you on your way. We hesitate to say that you cannot fail, yet the pathway has been laid out before you, if you would but take it.

Mike Quinsey: Peaceful Future

The turmoil of change continues as it clearly cause confrontation amongst you, as certain groups fight change not wishing to move on to more peaceful lives and leave behind all the trappings of war. It is clear that the people have had enough of continual warlike experiences and are tired of them. Even those younger generations who have had little or no experience whatsoever of wars seek a peaceful future, as they have a more heightened awareness and intuitively know what is best for Humanity. There is no doubt that slow but sure peace is being brokered all over the Earth, and even those in the hotspots are beginning to see the futility of continuing with warlike activities. There is a movement that is growing upon the Earth that seeks new ways of bringing about world peace, whilst at the same time still allowing the freewill choice of the people. It will come because it has been ordained so that those of the Light can evolve without interference or delay.

I include this short extract because it clearly spells out the function of Innate in relation to the brain, and it will figure more and more in our everyday life as time passes.

The Innate is responsible for spontaneous remission, for it can go in and pull out the things in your Akash and place them into your cellular structure – that is how smart it is. You can be your own medical intuitive about your cellular structure.

It is the brain that has the box of beliefs that has who you are based on experience and memory. It is Innate that knows the truth, it is your second brain. One of the attributes of the future Human Being is to build bridge between your consciousness and your Innate, so that you would not need to “Muscle Test”. Innate is your second brain, it is the hearts connection. Become your own medical intuitive.

Innate as your second brain does not function like the first one at all, but it is smart and intelligent and it knows what you need. It is the governor to stop you picking up the wrong things, just like your brain is in a different kind of way.

Innate is what creates emotions, helps you fall in love. It gives you the energy you cannot explain. I know all about it and it changes every cell in your body – it is able to ring true. Innate will serve you, it is you with you, but it is not an entity inside you.

You are from the Great Central Sun, it is where Kryon is from. You will know that you are Eternal, you will know that you know me. You have had more than one life.

When you have an out of the body experience such as when you have been knocked out through some accident or through intent, your thoughts are still perfectly normal. Nothing appears to have dramatically changed except you find that without your physical body you have complete freedom of movement, and your thoughts are much more powerful in manifesting your desires. It surely proves beyond doubt, that you are not your physical body but a free born entity with a soul. You may also find that your power of thought is empowered to the degree that you can create what you desire.

When I write according to my own intuition I know that my Higher Self still oversees my thoughts and actions, not to interfere with my intentions but to impart ideas to me as a form of guidance. Not everyone is aware that it exists but when your Higher Self is accepted it will come closer to you and is able to do much more for you. By allowing your Higher Self some space to work in you will find more events in your life become synchronised and flow more easily. Remember that it knows more about you than you do including your life plan, and is therefore better placed to be of guidance to you.

It is apparent that what you call the “old guard” is not suited to today’s needs, as the changes are being arranged so as to introduce new concepts and ways that are far more efficient and purposeful than the old ones. What has passed should now be left to rest as it has been surpassed by the higher vibrations that have no place in the old scheme of things. The new is here already waiting to be awakened and includes many great souls who are the forefathers of the New Age, who are patiently waiting for Mankind to awaken to the opportunities that are before them.

It is becoming more and more apparent that your history is far different from that which is recorded. It has become obvious that there were past civilisations who were able to fly their own craft, and had used technology far in advance of what we imagined they were capable of. The evidence is here now and even goes as far as the use of nuclear devices. It appears that everything goes in cycles including our own evolution.

Regardless of whatever is taking place on Earth it will carry on through the Photon Belt on course for Ascension, as after all Mother Earth desires to complete this cycle by entering the new level of vibrations. The time has come to remain steadfast and focussed upon your goal. There are many distractions because of the changes you are going through, yet many souls have already raised their vibrations and set their course firmly on ascending. We are getting much help and encouragement so be assured of success, and your Higher Self is guiding you according to your life plan.

The simple answer as to what you have to do to ensure your success is to treat all souls with love and kindness regardless of their outer appearance. Do not be put off by a person’s bodily features as the physical body is simply a means to an end, to adequately serve you for your physical experience. All souls are equal in reality and all have the God spark within.

Political views and opinions are being shaken up and down all over the world, and that should not be surprising in view of the effect the new energies are having. As we have stated on more than one occasion, you are in rapidly changing times that will eventually take you fully into the New Age. In most instances the higher vibrations that you are experiencing have brought about what you call the grass roots of a new way of living that will be far more acceptable and in accordance with the wishes of the people.

It takes time for needed changes to take place as there will always be some objection to them and attempts made to stop them occurring. However, that will be to no avail as the seeds of change are well developed and cannot be stopped. It is amazing how quickly the mood of the people can change, and evidence of it is illustrated by the largely organised peaceful protests that are taking place. They are more informed than any earlier generations, and will not stand for any attempts to continue perpetuating the old ways. Change with a capital “C” is about you and in some ways it will be unavoidably disruptive, but if led by those who support democracy it will soon pass much to the peoples delight.

These are times when you must allow for new ways of thinking, indeed they should be encouraged so that solutions can be found for the new challenges that face you. The answers are already known and those empowered with the knowledge will be eager to step forward when the right circumstances prevail. Again we say look to the younger generations to make progress, as they have birthed with the knowledge and ability to provide you with the answers you seek. We support and help those working for the betterment of mankind, which is allowed, and in those circumstances not considered to be interference with your freewill, but quite the opposite.

What may at first not seem too welcome is that your life span is on the increase, and it is another effect of the rise in vibrations. Aging is slowing down and may already be evidenced by the increasing number of older people who are in relatively good health. There are more and more people in their 80’s and 90’s, and it is not entirely due to better health facilities, although it is a factor. Illness is sometimes self-inflicted by bad habits such as eating the wrong foods that do not sustain your body, or for habits such as smoking that can lead to all manner of illnesses including a shortened life span. However, you are waking up to the idea of healthy living and it has resulted in a change from food preferences that are lacking in the nutrients that you need. We mention these things not to admonish you but simply draw it to your attention.

Since we are on the subject of your well-being it must not be forgotten that adequate exercise also helps to ensure a long healthy life. Fresh air and a general limbering up keep’s your body in good shape and able to overcome the ravages of time. Of course much of this depends on your age but there is generally something you can do that will be beneficial for you. We do not propose that everyone should be rabbits, but the intake of raw food stuffs does carry much more good and can help you have a balanced diet. To some extent your own body will “tell” you what it wants, and conversely what it does not want. Listen to your intuition in such matters and do not eat for sake of it, as over eating is not necessary. We do not preach to you about such matters, but simply remind you as to what may be in your best interests and result in a happy healthy life.

Not all of you have gardens but what a lovely healthy way to spend your time, and you have the bonus of enjoying the results of your labour. In the course of it you bring yourself closer to nature and if you “love” your garden it responds to those higher vibrations. So you see, successful gardening is a labour of love that returns to you every bit as much as you give it, if not more. The energy of love is the Mothers touch that soothes a young baby or child and it illustrates how powerful it is. Can you then imagine the power of the Creator and understand how miracles can take place. Your destiny is to follow such a path, as you really are Gods in the making, but do not let the thought frighten you as you have quite a long way to go yet, indeed a very long way. It is why each soul is revered because their potential is known.

Do not ever doubt your potential as regardless of how you view it now, you have lives ahead of you that will gradually raise your vibrations, so that level by level you gradually become a Being of Light. Once in your Light Body you will no longer need a physical body, but do not be alarmed as at any time you will be able to lower your vibrations and self-create one by pure thought. It is as well that you have at least an idea of where your evolution is taking you so that you are not misled by false stories. However, sometimes the wrong information becomes embedded in your mind, but with the help of your Guides and perhaps suitable experiences you will succeed in finding your true self.

Dear Ones you should by now be well aware that you are a powerful soul and that your thoughts can manifest into reality. So be careful what you wish for and indeed for other souls. You are a healer if you did but know it and by the same token you can harm others with your thoughts if you were so inclined. So as time passes it is incumbent upon you to take care with the spoken word, as harmful words directed towards someone who is of a high vibration, will so to say bounce off them and back to you. If you find it difficult to bring the changes to mind, be sure to ask your Guides to prompt you, as they can often plant things in your mind that are helpful.

Mike Quinsey’s Higher Self Message — February 1, 2019

The door is open wide to those who seek more information, and it is being given in a way that allows for a greater understanding. It is all in preparation for your advancement into the higher vibrations and eventual Ascension. Hitherto we have only given out that which has been sufficient to answer your questions, but now your understanding is such that you are able to expand it. It is time for you to take a great step forward, and there is no limit to the gains you will be able to make. Between now and Ascension you have much to learn, but by the time you are ready for it you will have become Masters in your own rights. At last there is nothing to hold you back and your Guides are ready to help you and able to satisfy your needs.

The period immediately ahead will be fast track to enable advancements to be brought into existence that have been deliberately held back largely by the Illuminati. The fact that they already exist means that although you are more than fifty years or more behind the times, their introduction will be quite quick and your quality of life will be lifted up. What you will notice, is that the large conglomerates will be forced to down size as “large” is no longer beautiful or necessary. Independent units will abound and you will find yourselves part of small communities that are largely self-serving. Naturally, these changes cannot happen overnight but you can be prepared for such far reaching changes. The old ways will no longer adequately serve their original purpose, and changes will come of necessity..

Your achievements are such that they have gained universal acknowledgment and praise, as when you volunteered to experience separation from your God you had no idea how hard the challenge would be. Knowing that help would never be far away you confidently went ahead and quickly become without memory of your true selves. In fact in the course of time you have had so many lives, you touched the depths of low vibrations and experienced the most traumatic times, yet still retained your innermost feeling of belonging to the Light. Your experiences have made you stronger and more able to stand up to those Beings of the lower vibrations. I do not wish to sound too dramatic, but some souls have been strengthened in the Fires of Hell. Truly Hell as such does not exist, but experiences in the lowest of the low vibrations are no doubt responsible for such a description. Be assured that no such experiences await you now as you follow your path to Ascension, as you are already in the realms of Light that continue to lift up as you make your way within the Photon Belt.

There is something of a battle going on between the Light and dark, as the Light is now the dominant force for good, and the dark Ones will not let up while they mistakenly believe they still have a chance of turning the tide. Their days are numbered yet they carry on playing their games even if it is obvious they are losing ground and power. Those of you who have lifted up your vibrations need have no fear from them as they cannot touch you whilst you remain strong in the higher vibrations. Their fate is sealed but freewill still allows them to act out their desires. Very soon more of the dark Ones will be arrested as part of the cleansing that will clear the way for beneficial changes to take place. They are certainly poised to commence, but as we have often told you things must be exactly right for major changes to take place.

The higher energies unsettle those who are of the lower vibrations leading some of them to become so unsettled they act irrationally and lose control of themselves. It is when they are at their most dangerous, and as you have already experienced just one person can cause so much mayhem, damage and loss of life. Such happenings result in more extensive safety precautions, and eventually they will stop such happenings before they can get started. Such acts do however allow karma to be cleared and will be set up with that in mind. Understand that sometimes all parties involved in negative acts are learning lessons that they need to be able to move forward into the Light.

Looking on the brighter side of life more and more souls are awakening, and realising that what you may well call the normal way of life is lacking in many ways, and they are seeking a new and more acceptable approach to life on Earth. The younger generations in particular are absolutely against the idea of wars between nations, and see it as a certain way of destroying your civilisation. They want peace for everyone, and have their own ideas as to how it can be best achieved. It will come and much sooner than you may anticipate, so think positively and contribute to the rising vibrations, and world peace will come all the quicker.

There are times coming in the not too distant future when your thoughts will be able to manifest things instantly. In a similar way in your present time, what you wish for will most likely come into being and depends on your individual power to focus on what it is. It means that you will have to learn to control your thoughts inasmuch that simply “thinking” about something, is vastly different to giving it the necessary energy to create form. We have already mentioned this previously because you need to start now in thought control, being aware of your potential power. Those of you who have been or still are healers, know what is meant by it, as for example when the energy is of a negative nature you may lose control of it because of your temper and send out such powerful energies they are harmful. Be aware that when directed to someone who is protected they will “bounce” back to you with a result that you have brought upon yourself.

In time it will also be possible to self-heal through the power of thought or the spoken word. So to say you are in charge and when you command your body to heal it will respond as you are the boss. Some of you no doubt are no doubt already in touch with your Higher Self and working together you can achieve so much more. Speak regularly with your Higher Self so that it becomes a perfectly natural thing to do, and extend it to your Innate that is always waiting for contact with you, and with success speak with your DNA. It may sound odd to some of you, but it is the natural thing to communicate with parts of “yourself” and beneficial to you.

The changes are being brought forward and as the dark Ones are brought more and more under control, so their influence and ability to interfere with your work will cease. Following the interest shown in the “Event” extract in a recent message, I am now including a longer extract that is very informative and well detailed. It certainly reads better in the present day, bearing in mind that the original message as per the extract below went out on the 22nd November 2013.

“THE EVENT” a Lord Sananda message extract through ElizabethTrutwin.

About 2000 years ago Sananda Kumara was incarnate on Earth as Jesus with the Master Plan in place to Ascend Earth. The Plan failed then as Caesar of Rome created Maritime Law making slavery the Law of the Land. A new Plan had to be made because the dark cabal had taken the Grand experiment beyond intentions. About 500 years ago the Rothchild’s in England hid the fact that Sir Francis Bacon was St. Germain incarnate on Earth. They had dark dealings with money and crimes which denied Sir Francis Bacon the throne. He would have been next in line as King of England and from that position able to make changes to heal the Planet and end Duality. In recent years the dark Cabal continued to wage worldwide war for their benefit, and have attempted multiple times to create World War III and have failed. Mass starvation, nuclear threats, land grabs, insider trading, mass psychological attacks like 9/11 and Banks too big to fail have led to a moment when the Galactic’s could intervene, because the one caveat in the Prime Directive has been violated beyond what is allowed.

What is new is that the Archangels led by Archangel Michael and Archangel Metatron, initiated a Super Portal on 11.11.13. This is a special dispensation that will allow for the requirements to be met to bring on the “Event.’ Earth is a Trinary Star System with Sirius A, Sirius B and Sol our Sun. Jupiter will be the next Sun in our Solar System. Earth is in the Photon Belt and moving into the Pleiades through the Central Sun Alcyone. A Super Portal has opened near Jupiter and it is a portal which operates like a wormhole and opens into the Light Matter Universe of On. This Multidimensional Portal allows in Super Charged Magnetic Light from On to enter into this Solar System and to Earth. Earth has raised an entire Octave since the Equinox in September 2013, and the new energy will make it possible for Earth to enter Zero Point.

What is new about this Portal is a decision was made by the Council of Gods that Earth required this special dispensation as the best way to bring in changes. It carries with it a heavy reality. All has been done to allow as many Souls as possible to go on to New Earth. Since Earth is a Planet with Free Will, some have refused to make the necessary changes to remain on Earth beyond Earth’s Ascension into the Higher Realms. More Souls will be leaving than was anticipated. This is what Ashtar spoke of in a channel. The Super Portal is pouring in Higher Vibrational energies that act to buoy Earth into the Higher Dimensions. In these Higher Dimensions all living on Earth are able to access their Etheric Bodies and travel in their Merkaba Bodies and truly live multidimensional lives. In this High Energy the Light Cities will be accessible. Those not moving on to the New Earth will experience it as a vibration they cannot sustain within their 3D body. These darker denser energies will remain on 3D Earth and continue there. Their physical body will be projected on to 3D Earth and as far as they know no change has taken place. They will continue to deny the Higher Teachings and in their perception nothing will change. Those timelines will continue for now in duality.

Meanwhile 5D Earth will be raised by the Cosmic Builders as a Space Ship rises away from its take off point and flies out of its atmosphere into deep space. Each of the Planets are firmly anchored in place by their energy Grids in orbit and relation to the Planets around them. This Super Portal will have the effect of Earth moving Higher in the Dimensions in the same way we move a bead up a string. It will drop the old Timelines and become Lighter and will exist Higher in the Cosmic Grid, it will bubble up.

Much has been said by us about right timing. Divine Timing for the Event is one of the requirements. Ashtar always says No Dates, No Nukes, No Flukes. The truth is that there are windows of opportunity which come up only a couple of times a year in which the “Event’ can take place. This Super Portal speeds the changes in energy to make it possible for the “Event’ to take place. The likelihood that it will happen soon have been greatly raised since 11.11.13 with the Super Portal. If you are reading this and you repeatedly chosen to not take action and return to love, we will have to draw the line. If you have not been successful in raising your vibration to the minimum needed to sustain love you are invited to remain in duality awhile longer and rejoin Higher Dimensional Earth when you have prepared accordingly. There are no short cuts. Still there are No Dates, No Nukes, No Flukes. Nothing can stop Earth from Ascending.

All of the minimum needed requirements for survival will be freely given to all on Earth. All is prepared and ready to go and has been for some time. Homes for the Homeless, clean water, abundant food, replicators and healing technologies, free energy and more. This will be accomplished by millions of Galactic’s, and by their ships and the technologies they have brought here. This has been planned a very long time.

I feel that as more information comes out it will need circulating to reach as many people as possible. In accordance with the Prime Directive because Earth is a planet of freewill, each soul will have to make a choice as to whether they are ready to incorporate the new energies to ascend, and enter the Golden Age. It would seem that there is ample time to make up your minds, but if you have chosen to ascend the sooner you concentrate on your evolution the better it will be.

This message comes with the guidance of my Higher Self. Let your Light shine out and touch the hearts of those around you. Your presence has a much greater effect than you could possibly imagine.

Time is passing by quicker than ever and that fact alone is proof that you are well on the way to Ascension. Much help is being given to you who have already set your path on ascending, and short of changing your mind you are assured of success. As your Guides can now come closer to you, they will be able to directly influence you thus helping to keep you to your life plan. In the midst of all of the turmoil occurring on Earth, it is necessary if not vital that you keep looking straight ahead never losing sight of your goal. At your level there are still hurdles to overcome, but they should be relatively easy for you to deal with at your advanced stage of evolution. Temptations still abound but you will have successfully handled it so far and there is no reason why you should not continue to do so in the future.

The changes taking place on Earth are necessary to move on those who are unable to lift themselves up, or who are sometimes held back by the dark Ones. As enlightened souls move into positions of power and importance, you shall begin to see the changes have a positive effect. With the authority bestowed upon them and the intent to bring all into the Light, they will make important changes that will be noticed and felt. Many of them are to get the right people into power so that there can be a collective move to bring Humanity out of the dark realms and into the Light. However, many people are of good heart, and seek a way to express their willingness to help other souls looking for a way forward, but find difficulty in locating an outlet for their desires. They need not worry as their Guides will be well aware of their intentions and will lead them forward so that the opportunities come their way.

Understand that your Guides know you better than you know yourself, and are also aware of your life plan and intentions. So if you feel urged to take a certain path give it serious consideration as they may be trying to “push” you in the right direction to serve your needs. Unless you are in a karmic situation where a certain experience is due, you have total freewill but use it wisely. In fact, as so many have moved with the changes you are finding that life is running more smoothly and that is to be expected. Some karma may have been held over but in principle it is now dealt with straight away. In fact, now that you have long passed the marker progress should be exciting and fulfilling. The “pot of gold” at the end of the rainbow may be elusive but you are getting nearer to the peace and calm that awaits you.

Peace is being enforced where possible and necessary because many still harbour visions of “blood and glory” although modern warfare and weaponry is becoming so deadly it is a path to a quick death. The realisation has come to many that wars are pointless and heart breaking, often causing immense trauma for those that survive who suffer mentally for a long time afterwards. Humans are becoming more sensitive to the taking of life of another human Being, and their reluctance to do so is starting to show. These are the beginnings of a great change with regards to how others are viewed, who are in essence exactly the same as you and simply want a good happy life where all can live in complete harmony. It is not a pipe dream and will happen and must come, and bring peace to Mother Earth and all life that lives upon her.

Peace starts with the people who only want to express love for each other, and you could say that it is catching as when others see your calmness and happiness in all circumstances, they want to know your secret. It is happening now but like all major changes takes time to really impose itself upon the people. Does anyone really want to live with the uncertainty of life that war and strife cause, of course not, and in times of war people are conscripted into the services and are given no other choice. Be assured it will change, it has to as there will be no place for such energies in the near future. Those that maintain such urges for war and all connected with it will eventually find themselves with like kind, whilst those who are at peace will ascend.

Many of you have a reasonable idea of the changes that are coming and since they bring peace are eager for them to come into being. On Earth how quickly it happens is largely down to the people themselves, so we encourage you to move yourselves into the higher vibrations and live your life accordingly. Such changes are coming as you enter deeper into a new area of Space. It is all associated with the upliftment that will eventually lead to Ascension. You live in a society where people are at all different levels of evolution and some are totally unprepared for the changes. Nevertheless there is time for them to lift up, but they must have the desire to do so and many literally have no such interest in the future. Their position and desire to stay in their present situation is respected, as when they feel the urge to move on they will seek the knowledge that will enable them to do so.

You who we call the “old souls” have been through many cycles to reach this turning point, and you are to be congratulated in having done so. We know that through the experiences you have had you will not fail to reach the ultimate change – that of Ascension. By your example you will attract others and be able to help them on their way. They will ask “what do I have to do to be as successful” and the simple answer is live your life in Universal Love for all life treating them equally regardless of their beliefs. If some are still held by older beliefs they will learn from you and the way you conduct your life. However, you cannot be all things to all people but you can help them to express themselves with a love that knows no boundaries. For example Jesus was one who treated all with love and kindness and showed absolutely no bias at all with anyone. There are of course others, but he is one whose life is recorded in much detail as an example of the power of Unconditional Love.

The Grand Experiment is coming to an end and all participating are due great praise and love for their undying resolve, to prove that souls can rise up even when subjected to the most severe tests. You knew in advance that you were going to be tried in the most extreme circumstances, with the assurance that Spirit would always be on hand to see you through the more difficult times. It has een a most lonely experience far removed from the higher realms where you normally reside, and have enjoyed a most harmonious existence, without the presence of lifeforms of the lower vibrations. Be assured that you have never been given or undertaken responsibilities that have been beyond your capabilities. Your gain has been to grow more experienced so that you can help others that follow in your footsteps.

You are reaching a point where you cannot fail to start achieving your aims for the future. It matters not in which direction you are heading, you will get support and help to achieve your ambition. As you continue to evolve you will acquire all of the talents that you will need to succeed, but help it along by concentrating on your goal. You will always have your Guides around you so call upon them if you need help. Understand that when you are born you come with the essence of what it is you are aiming to be, and know that at various stages in your development there will be key points to help you along.

It also covers your intended meetings with other souls who will be working with you, or can give you those opportunities that you will need. It may of course come from within your own family, in which case you chose them for that very reason. In a different situation some souls are placed with those who can benefit their soul growth where sometimes they need to learn lessons that will help them on their path to the Light. Knowing this you will understand that above all, your soul growth is the most important goal at all times. Some lessons in life can be very tough, but be assured you should be able to handle whatever challenges come your way and you will always find that help is at hand when required.

The New Age you have now entered is one that will eventually see such an upliftment in vibrations that you will find your evolution progressing faster than ever before. Some of the changes come about because you will have reached a stage where there is less negativity around you to hold you back. The future is the fulfillment of your dreams to live in utter peace and with loving souls around you, without any fear of interference because the dark Ones will have been unable to reach your level of development. It is normal after the end of an Age when the cycle has been completed. Instead of starting anew you carry forward with all of your attributes and skills, and that negative aspects do not exist.

Never forget that your destiny is to be a Galactic Being with full consciousness, and you are already on that pathway to success. Get used to the idea that you will then be able to travel the Universe, and evolved Beings are already doing so and live on board their Spaceships that have literally become their new home, with everything that would normally be needed for many years of travel in Space, as you would term it they are self-contained and have the technology to supply all of their needs. Also bear in mind that their bodies are of such a high vibration they enjoy perfect health and do not experience any form of illness such as you do.

Dear Ones you can hardly imagine what delights and interesting experiences await you, and all of your own choosing. However, there is an over-riding need to ensure your experiences aid your spiritual evolution and there is absolutely no reason why they should not be fulfilling. You may feel that staying in space for such long periods would be far too long to be away from your family and friends, but distance is no deterrent or blockage to still keeping contact with them. After all, you already have your television that can be adapted to send images and sound over long distances.

Be assured that Space travel gives you the most wonderful experiences, particularly when you meet other humanoids and share your knowledge and experiences. No doubt some of you will be thinking that language problems must exist when meeting hitherto unknown Beings, but those that are evolved and advanced will probably no longer need to use the spoken word, but instead make contact through thought transference. Clearly this is far much quicker than speaking and overcomes language problems. Can you now see how your experiences are pre-planned for you to ensure that you’re equipped with the necessary knowledge and abilities to progress in preparation for Space travel? The first steps get nearer each day ready for when history will be made with the first official contact with your Space friends. It will be arranged to ensure that you meet similar Beings to yourself, so that the experience is not a shock to your system. You have already been visited by Beings from your own Solar System who came from Venus, who had quite a lengthy contact with one of your people. The Venusians are most likely the ones who most resemble you, and apart from a higher forehead are very humanlike in their features and appearance. You have had numerous visitors to Earth but so far not as you might call it “an official visit” If your true history had not been deleted or destroyed, you would already be quite familiar with some of the visitors from within your own Solar System. In the past they have even built upon your Earth and the remains are still there to be seen today.

Your history is so much different to what you have been led to believe, and it would be most useful to know the truth as you enter the higher vibrations. There is literally proof all around you on Earth of Extraterrestrial visitation in your distant past, and it is only now that there are sufficient open minded people who can read the signs of their presence and prepared to openly talk about it. Many people are scared of the idea of Beings from Outer Space visiting you and have visions of the most frightening weird looking Beings, whereas they are all humanoids. They may have their differences in appearance to you, but they are certainly not monsters by any sense of imagination. Of course they are spiritually at different levels to you, some are less evolved and many much more advanced who have a lot to offer mankind.

The coming period will see many changes as the old is released and the new introduced. It will take time and seem chaotic, yet in the long run it will work out for the best. These preparations have to be made in advance so that finally there is a smooth transition to the new ways of working. Try to see the long term benefits as you are taken into the New Age that offers so much more than before. There will be opposition from those who for personal reasons do not wish to change, but advancement can no longer be held back and must now move forwards. New Age means exactly what it says and there is no place for old systems or methods that have become outdated. Be assured that in time you will be totally satisfied with the changes that are taking place.
