I, Archangel Raphael, in loving radiant presence, greet you. May my healing energies awaken your belief in your own healing powers, creating a beautiful dawning of spiritual strength and the creative forces within you. Now is the time to recognise your own radiance, realising what is present for you within your inner radiance. I simply act as a mirror for you to recognise the Creator residing within your physical body; an eternal presence. Everything you see, sense and acknowledge within me, is present within yourself as well.
The Creator begins within each of us

Such a profound statement when you accept its truth, explore it deeply and live from this understanding. When you are unwilling to recognise the Creator within, you are believing that the Creator is initiated through others, whether inner plane light beings or physical people. The Creator is your origin. All openings and awakenings of any form are born from the Creator. The Creator arises from your essence and creates through you. In every form and dimension of your being, the Creator begins within you and all begins. This means you hold all that is the Creator within you. From the birth of the Creator to all creations, from the eternal nature of the Creator to the nothingness of the Creator. The entire journey of the Creator resides within you, whether you are in existence in a physical or light body. Within this realisation you seek the Creator within you rather than outside of yourself. You recognise the power, truth, and radiance you hold within you.

Allow yourself to affirm out loud a few times and then in your mind, ‘The Creator begins within me.’ Allow yourself to acknowledge how this feels for you. What emotions, thoughts or sensations arise from within you? Do you believe the statement to be true or does it feel unreal to you? Exploring this statement supports you in deepening your understanding of the presence of the Creator within you.
Creation is your truth and embodiment

Creation is the formation of energy and light into thought, emotion, physical or anything that can be experienced and embodied. Creation is the awakening of a journey of exploring the Creator’s essence. You could say it is the beginning of an expression of the Creator. If the Creator takes form within you and shapes manifestations/ creations, then the divine mind and divine plan of the Creator are present within you. As well as every journey of creation that you have ever experienced and which every soul has manifested. This is your truth, it is the vibration that pulsates throughout your being, flows through your life and intertwines into everything you create. You are an embodiment of truth and creation, whether you believe it wholeheartedly or not. In fact, you are an embodiment of all truth and creation of the entire universe of the Creator.

If you choose to, you can recognise the entire cosmos in your being

The Creator resides within nature, the universe, the world, life, and the cosmos. All of these are a creation of the Creator. Nothing is separate, everything is existing in oneness and harmony, even when chaos is present. You currently recognise yourself as separate from everything that is the Creator and yet everything resides within you.

There is first a need to recognise that everything holds the energy and essence of the Creator. You may judge something as being negative or positive, even that it is impossible for certain things or experiences to hold the energy of the Creator, however, judgment causes separation and misunderstanding. When you recognise that the energy of the Creator is in constant creation, constant motion, and manifestation, you realise that there is only movement within the energy of the Creator, so nothing stays the same. Transformation and change are a constant in the presence of the Creator.

Secondly, it is powerful to recognise that if everything holds the energy and essence of the Creator then you do too. If everything holds the energy and essence of the Creator, then everything is the Creator and resides within the Creator. Thus, the presence of everything exists within you.

As a being in existence upon the Earth, it can be challenging with the limitations of the mind to recognise the presence of everything. The Creator is eternal, and it can be demanding to contemplate everything simultaneously. It is possible to gain a sense of the presence of everything within you, connecting with the energy, vibrations, and frequency. Thus, you embody the presence of everything and are able to access all you need and require to be of service to yourself and others.

What does it mean to you to embody and align with the presence of everything?

What would it change in your reality and life experiences to embody and align with the presence of everything?

What would you consciously create and be guided to create from the space of embodying and aligning with the presence of everything?

It is important to take some time to contemplate and meditate upon the realisation and acceptance of the presence of everything residing within you. To achieve this, I, Archangel Raphael, invite you to repeat the statement, ‘I Am the Presence of Everything.’ You are stating that the Creator who resides within you and all beings is the presence of everything, all that is the Creator. As you recite the statement either out loud or silently, you allow the energy being created to direct your focus deeper and deeper within, aligning you with the energy, vibration, and frequency of the presence of everything. Thus, your entire being pulsates as the presence of everything, with infinite opportunities to create infinite possibilities.

Everything has already been created and yet it is experienced as if it is fresh and new. This is because of your willingness to be present in that moment with whatever is forming or manifesting. Each time you allow yourself to be present you transform, grow and are different. Thus, each moment is approached and experienced differently. Each moment is unique.

While it can be testing to imagine that all that is the Creator exists within you, it can be challenging to come to terms with the understanding that everything you agree with and disagree with is also present within you. It is powerful to realise your perspective creates your understanding of agreeing and disagreeing. Your thoughts and the thoughts of others can create that which you disagree with. I, Archangel Raphael, invite you to accept that everything is present within you; focus on the truth and inspirational nature of the Creator. If anything, not aligned with the inspirational nature of the Creator arises then simply let it go through your intention. You will be releasing it on behalf of the world and the entire universe of the Creator, which is an amazing service. Let the healing begin.

You may wish to take time to realise and meditate on the embodiment that you have access to everything you need and require; it is all present within you.

To be present in the moment and conscious of what is occurring is a powerful skill.

To be present with all you recognise yourself to be is inspirational.

Expansion and awakening may appear to be similar qualities and energies when embodied, however, the expansion allows you to become and embody while awakening supports a reflection deeper into yourself. I, Archangel Metatron, ignite within you the presence of expansion and awakening in order to activate the sequence of your existence. This energy is very sacred, it holds the purity of your being, the mission of your soul and accounts of every experience of your soul and soul group. Thus, it is the story of your existence, offering you the remembrance of past, present and that which you have yet to experience. The story of your soul has already been experienced by you fully and yet it hasn’t even begun! In truth, you are already the entire and complete story or experiences of your soul and soul group, which means that all memories, wisdom and information are ready for you to grasp, download and use now. Can you imagine you already know and have experienced your soul and soul groups mission on the Earth and the inner planes? You have already merged completely with the Creator and you have already been created or birthed from the Creator. You are able to experience and embody everything between these two landmarks as well in your current embodiment.

Contemplate for a moment the volume of wisdom available for you to grasp.

Contemplate the realisation you are already your soul and soul groups mission, everything they wish to embody and learn. This means that everything you could ever possibly need and require is ready and available to you.

Contemplate that you are already a part of the divine plan and have already played your sacred role. You have already completed all the missions your soul set out to engage with, embody and experience. Can you imagine you are already everything you could possibly dream of for yourself and spiritual evolution, as well as so much more that is difficult to contemplate at this moment?

When you begin to focus in this way you enter into a space of deep knowingness, nothingness and unlimited abundance within you, which further illuminated and activates your being. You move beyond a sense of yourself into an awareness of all that is possible and already created.

Everything has already been created, nothing is new. You may wish to take time to ponder this sentence, allowing awakenings to dawn within you. You may find yourself asking the question, can this always be the case? Yes, it can.

Can you imagine that within you is the understanding of the creation of the Universe and each moment of creation of your being?

It is time to shift your perspective through expansion and awakening to realise an activation is taking place within you which is allowing you to glimpse the truth of your being on all dimensions of the Creator’s Universe and beyond.

The Sequence

The truth is that there is no sequence to the existence and experiences of your soul, even when in embodiment on the Earth. Your everyday life feels like it is a series of events which have an order and cycle, yet your soul’s existence and events are occurring simultaneously. Thus, the sequence of your existence is the presence of everything you are being as one, simultaneously. The mind finds this difficult to accept as it is often programmed to accept time and the linear presence of everything. If you can gaze beyond the programming of the mind you begin to open to new understandings of your own truth and that of the Creator. This means your entire existence can be experienced in a moment or explored for a lifetime and still not fully revealed. Thus, the sequence of your existence is your simultaneous embodiment of everything that is the Creator.

You are a library of everything that is the Creator

Trust and courage are required in order to examine within you the truth of the Creator to the capacity that is available to and through you. The evaluation and embodiment of expansion and awakening support the evolution of knowingness of the truth of the Creator within you. Please invite, me, Archangel Metatron, forth to empower and amplify the qualities of trust, courage, expansion and awakening within you. As you focus upon the blossoming of these four energies within you, notice how you delve and rest deeper within your being and truth, entering a space which is deeply familiar to you and yet unknown.

I, Archangel Metatron, invite you to ask me to assist you in your embodiment of all that is revealed to you now and in every given moment. It is through embodiment you will recognise the true benefits of this activation.

While this activation brings numerous blessings, its greatest miracle is the growing understanding of who you are, your purpose, your mission and why you exist. Questions that often go unanswered and yet you have the capacity to bring great illumination to your being and awareness. Thus, bringing the Creator more fully into manifestation within your being, reality and the world around you. This activation brings self-awareness to a whole new level. The activation I speak of may not download fully and completely into your being instant. It is a gift that you can take time to digest, awakening your inner knowingness to the truth of All That Is. Due to the current linear programming of your mind, you may discover yourself at the birth of your existence or even the completion of your existence, able to grasp the knowledge that is needed to assist your current lifetime. There is much to explore and become aware of once more. It is important to remember that you have access to the knowledge and wisdom of the entire Universe of the Creator, this doesn’t mean you will receive everything that is available. You have the ability to connect with all that is the Creator, however, you will only grasp and understand that which is required and serves you to know and embody.

I extend my angelic love to greet you, I am Archangel Raphael. I wish to come forth to continue the conversation and communication of Archangel Gabriel by speaking of the presence of love; the love of the Creator.

Archangel Gabriel emphasised the importance of connecting with the source of love within your being, embodying this love and radiating it into the world to create love in action. By achieving this you will be transported to experience the next level of love consciousness available to you, while supporting the Earth in doing the same. Thus, a new conscious awareness born from the essence of your being will manifest. As it weaves its way into the fabric and rhythm of life on the Earth so transformation will take place.

It is time for you to trace your love until you find its core and essence, then rest within that.

I invite you to take a few deep breathes and let your awareness guide you deeper and deeper into your inner space of love. Take time to explore and experience your inner core and essence of love.

It is often in my experience that many perceive they already understand the love of the Creator and the presence of love within their beings. This is to neglect the power of love and the transformation love in action can create. I, Archangel Raphael, invite you to trace or explore the love source within your being as if you have no previous understanding of love. In doing so you will let go of your current belief systems concerning love and allow for new awareness to dawn. There is so much more to understand about the love of the Creator, sometimes a belief that you already understand love can block your further connection and embodiment of love. Ensure you take time to contemplate the presence of love within you from an open mind and heart.

Higher Levels of Creation
When you explore the presence of love within your being with its different and diverse levels of vibration, you open yourself up to new divine experiences and connections. The higher levels of creation within the Universe of the Creator are attracted to you and make you aware of your unified connections with the higher levels of creation. As you explore the magnificent love present within your being, so the higher levels of creation and higher beings of creation begin to act as mirrors for you to recognise the truth of the Creator. Thus, you enter into or remember your contract of creating the divine with the Universe of the Creator/ Higher Levels of Creation.

This may signify that many beings such as Ascended Masters, Angels, Archangels and so forth, may come forth to share space and time with you. They will be present to act as a mirror for you to recognise the truth of the Creator. That which you recognise within them will be present within you. Inhale deeply, as you exhale allow any appropriate higher being of creation to come forth to greet you. Be open to receive what is necessary to aid your ascension and unification with the Creator.

As the higher levels of creation mirror to you all that is the divine Creator it is as if you are gazing into the heart of the Creator recognising unity, harmony, integration and, of course, love. This is a very powerful aspect of ascension. Imagine for a moment you are submerged and surrounded in the most profound and magnificent love from your core. The higher levels of creation act as a mirror for you to gaze into and through. Thus, you are recognising all that you are, as well as all that is the Creator. With a greater awareness of all that is the Creator you have the opportunity to create whatever you feel guided to manifest, using the energy of the Creator as your fuel for manifestation. What would you create?

Now recognise that through your experience, your mind, heart and entire being would have expanded, pulsating and vibrating with love. What would you manifest and create from a space of deep expansion and grounding in love to serve yourself and all that is the Creator?

These questions and explorations into the higher levels of love merging with your being allow you to view yourself and reality on the Earth with a new light and understanding. Empowerment of your divinity would be the outcome as well as the empowerment of others.

Does it feel appropriate to dedicate yourself to exploring the presence of love within you knowing that it will result in experiences of co-creation with higher levels of creation? What would love do through you and what would be created?

Divine Mirror
When in the space of love, you open yourself up to view the divine mirror of the Creator, therefore you see, sense and acknowledge yourself as your truth and the truth of the Creator. This is a beautiful opportunity to expand your spiritual understanding and knowledge about yourself as a divine being, your sacred skills and inner guidance. There are opportunities to view emotional, mental, physical and even spiritual wounds, unfolding and healing them on numerous levels. False beliefs, misunderstandings and limitations can all be released and healed. This all creates a very profound experience which may feel like a miracle; it is to see yourself as the Creator sees you. Imagine you saw yourself as the Creator views you, everything within you would transform, you would never look at yourself or think about yourself in the same way again. You would perceive that anything is possible; that you can create and do anything you feel guided to do. The greatest result would be you would experience freedom, freedom to be the Creator on the Earth, freedom within all aspects of your being to empower freedom within others.

Invocation for Freedom
‘Love is my divine Creator power, truth, creations, intention, intuition and vibration. Love is my sacred and eternal bridge of connection, attunement and oneness with the Creator. Love is my tool for awakening, peace, ascension, mastery and freedom as I exist on the Earth. Love will fully heal my beings and the Earth completely. I allow love to be a healing vibration that transforms my being, opening my heart to experience the complete and absolute love of the Creator. I acknowledge that my heart chakras devotion to love will allow me to follow the appropriate spiritual pathways for my current spiritual growth process, guiding me with clarity to mastery and complete attunement with the Creator. I recognise I am deserving of experiencing the love of the Creator transmitted to and from my being in all forms and sacred ways. I am more than worthy and completely attuned to experiencing and embodying divine and sacred unconditional love now.

As I allow myself to transform into the natural embodiment of love that I am, I open myself up to work with the higher levels and beings of creation. I gaze into the mirror of the higher levels of creation so I may see all that I am as the Creator. I use love as a fuel to create all that my soul wishes to manifest. Greetings, I, Archangel Gabriel, bring forth the pure and loving vibrations of the Angelic Kingdom as an energy and source of strength and empowerment to support you. Many of you already know the power of love, recognising that a focus upon love encourages awareness of your oneness with the Creator. I, Archangel Gabriel, wish to emphasis to you in my communication today the strength and necessity for a focus upon love; the love of the Creator.

I am known as an Archangel devoted to the embodiment and expression of love. Through the continuously awaking presence of love I support the development of children, the manifestation of creativity, music, art and anything that encourages the soul to sing with joy. When you allow yourself to be truly in the presence of love, meaning as the presence of love, anything and everything is possible. Imagine a world for yourself and others where anything and everything is possible. Love is the embodiment and expression that sets you free.

It is important for me at this stage to state that the love I speak of is the love of the Creator, a love at the source of all that is the Creator. A love akin to the natural rhythm of existence, infinity and creation. When you experience love for yourself, other people, animals, plants and so forth, however strongly you feel this love, it is akin to less the 1% of the Creator’s love that is available and present in the Universe of the Creator. To embody the love of the Creator is a vast mission and yet you are already the embodiment of the Creator’s love, recognition of this is all that is needed. A focus upon love in action, encourages your self-awareness of the love you embody as well as the transformation that can be created in the world around you.

The Need for Love Emanation

As you gaze into your own reality, the realities of those around you and the lives of humanity, it is easy to recognise that love is needed. Love has the power to dissolve anger, to make decisions with clarity, to understand what is best for everyone, to heal physical, emotional and mental wounds, to inspire courage and create oneness. I, Archangel Gabriel invite you to make a list of all the areas of your reality, those around you and the world where love is needed. Think of this as a healing technique for yourself and the world. When you have created your list, you will begin to recognise that love is greatly needed on the Earth now. You know this already without making a list, however your list will allow you to contemplate exactly where and how love can create transformation and a greater recognition of alignment with the Creator. When you recognise the need for the Creator’s love to be present then this fuels your desire to be love in action on the Earth for yourself and others. You begin to realise that it is your responsibility to be love, not only will it be fulfilling for you in a way you had not imagined, it will be fulfilling for others in your presence.

While there are so many areas on the Earth and situations within the civilisation of the Earth that require healing, the love of the Creator has an even greater purpose. The love of the Creator is required to create freedom mentally, emotionally and physically. A freedom in the expression of the Creator, in alignment with the Creator, for all souls on the Earth. This means a freedom to follow your intuition, to create from your inner well of love, to be a presence of love and all it may manifest upon the Earth.

Love is needed to release the limitations and boundaries that hinder the spiritual, mental and emotional growth of humanity. Many people feel trapped and unable to see beyond their current reality. Some are limited by their bodies or minds, by the lack of money or the control of others. Each person also creates limitations for themselves, holding themselves back from all the possibilities they are capable of. Habits within the consciousness of humanity of how to act, react and exist in the world also creates decline or an experience of being trapped. Another hindrance is a focus upon fear, which not only blocks the creation of experiences, it blocks your energy field, chakras and alignment with the Creator. When you are in fear, acting through negative habits, feeling trapped or blocked in any way you are only living a small percentage of the life that is available to you. Freedom can feel as if it is unobtainable.

What is freedom anyway? In my view, it is the experience of existing on the Earth as your truth, following your inner guidance, acting with courage to access fulfilment and being in alignment with the Creator. It is an experience of the divine flow, ease of creation, a strong sense of bliss and a feeling of connection with all, especially yourself. It is a responsibility that sets you free with each moment you dedicate. An experience and existence of being in harmony with yourself, the world and the Universe of the Creator. When you embody and emanate love, you exist in harmony with all that is the Creator, everything in your life becomes harmonious and you experience freedom. With this process all false beliefs, illusions, negativity and wounds of all forms will be healed and released.

There is a need for humanity to inhale deeply and release all that hinders and blocks them from within their beings and all that controls and limits from outside their bodies. The time to do so is now and love is the key to this healing process.

The Art of Love Emanation

The art or process of love emanation is essential now in this time of Earth’s evolution. Love emanation is to radiate love from your being through your thoughts and actions as well as imagining love emitting from your soul. It is to engage with a sacred and precious space within you which is your divine and intimate relationship and connection with the Creator. When you discover this space within you, you recognise the constant and eternal presence of the Creator and the bountiful abundance of love that is available to you. The key to emanating love is to first connect with this sacred space within you, to experience it fully as a sanctuary. It is a space of rejuvenation, healing and creativity. It is from this space that your power and clarity are born from as well as your inner knowingness. The second key is to be conscious and aware of the presence of love and this sacred space within you as a flow of energy that moves naturally, easily and enjoyably through your body and energy field. You may experience this as feelings of joy, relaxation, positivity, bliss or as sensations in your physical body, you may simply feel like smiling. However, you experience the presence and space of love, it will be an enjoyable state that may create healing, bring clarity and new understandings. Sometimes the presence of love can instigate a powerful release or detoxification of all that no longer serves you, allowing you to reach a space of contentment and peace that was unobtainable before. Once you have accessed the space of love within you, wherever you recognise it to be, and experience the presence or influence of love within your being and body, whether subtly or impactfully, then you can begin love emanation.

Love emanation is to put love into action.

How you put love into action is entirely up to you, it is your opportunity to be creative. The simplest exercise is to imagine yourself as a beacon, light bulb or the sun. Imagine, sense or acknowledge the space of love or the feelings of love as a light or colour that shines outwards. This can become almost like a game, everything you touch is filled with love, everything you think of is empowered by love, every action you take is fuelled by love. Even your choices and decisions are born from the space of love within you. It is a process of transporting the love you experience within you, which may simply be your appreciation and connect with the Creator, into the outside world. This will take practice and constant focus before it becomes second nature. You are already a beacon of love, the process I am encouraging you to experience is to be aware of the power you have within you and how it can impact your world and the world around you powerfully.

To summarise:

The art of emanation is a release of something so precious from within your soul; the love and oneness of your being and the Creator. It is an expansion of yourself beyond what you know love to be and an experience of your powerful loving nature which is infinite and blissfully impactful for all.

First connect with the sacred space of love within you, to experience it fully as a sanctuary.

Be conscious and aware of the presence of love and this sacred space within you.

Put love into action through your thoughts, actions, reaction and a focus on being a beacon.

The Results of Love Emanation

As more and more people focus upon the art of love emanation, they will begin to see the impactful results in their lives and the world around them. Love will be in the air! Situations that seemed unable to be resolved will unfold and be healed. People will act from kindness and peace rather than anger and greed. In truth the world will begin to transform into a reality that all wish for.

The result on an energetic level will be that you and each person practicing the art of love emanation will be transported to the next level of love consciousness for soul, body and mind. This will create monumental changes for all. It is not that you will leave the Earth, it is that you will be more fully present on the Earth as love creating transformation. Through the process of love emanation, you will be guided to face the unknown energy of love, a higher and more profound love than you have ever experienced. You will be invited to move through the presence of love as a journey of discovery, remembering that love is infinite. There is so much still to explore in and as the presence of love.

Greetings and divine blessings extend from my essence to you, I am Lord Buddha. Today I wish to invite you upon a journey of discovery of all that you are, all that is the Creator and the current purpose of ascension. To experience this journey, I need to invite you to my Planetary Logos Ashram on the inner planes. You may wish to use this invocation to assist you:

‘Lord Buddha, please integrate your high vibrational frequency and light with my soul and entire being. Please raise my frequency and light so I may meet your energy with balance and similar vibration. As my energy quickens in vibration, support me in integrating all that I AM with all that you are. In doing so I wish to experience a deeper bond and connection with you and enter into your Planetary Logos Ashram on the inner planes. Many souls, especially those currently incarnate upon the Earth, ask me where they should direct their focus in terms of their ascension process. As Planetary Logos, I am overseeing the ascension of the Earth and Planetary Level, so this is a very good question to direct to me often during your meditation experience or quiet time. In doing so you are allowing and requesting me to assist your ascension process and point out to you the most important area for you personally to focus upon.

One of the greatest and most fulfilling answers I can give you to this question of where to focus your attention to aid your ascension is to stand in the space of your frequency. Your frequency is akin to the rhythm or energetic coding of your entire being both on the Earth and the inner planes. It is everything that you are as a being who exists upon the Earth and the sacred essence that you are on the inner planes. Your frequency is pure and untainted. It is like a song you continuously sing that expresses all that you are. As well as all that you are as the Creator. To stand in the space of your frequency is to claim your power, love, enlightenment and wisdom. To claim everything that your soul is at the purest level. Remember that you are immensely expansive and so this is an empowering experience. When you stand in the space of your frequency you discover your frequency and begin to create the higher vibrations of your frequency in your current reality. You become the creator of your frequency. To stand in the space of your frequency is to know and accept yourself more fully.

You may be wondering; how do you stand in the space of your frequency? In truth, there is a need to make space within your reality and being to exist in peace. This can be achieved in simple ways by focusing on your breathing, holding the focus of your physical eyes on a certain point or retreating to a place where you will not be disturbed by another physical being for a while. It is important to contemplate what does space mean to you? What do you need to do or focus upon to feel as if you have space? Remember that space can mean to experience freedom, liberation, an opening or a pause in your daily reality, thought process and even emotional process. When you allow yourself to experience space of the most appropriate kind for you, then you give yourself the opportunity to connect with and realise your frequency. It is as if you dissolve distractions and allow yourself to see, sense and acknowledge the truth of your being.

As for what you will discover when you stand in the space of your frequency only you will know as it will be unique and personal to you. It is to see yourself with clarity and truth.

Bringing Forth the Clarity of the Divine

The purpose of my encouragement of you standing in the space of your frequency is to assist you in bringing forth the clarity of the divine and your essence into manifestation within your life and being. This is especially important now with all the energies anchoring into the Earth to aid ascension. When you stand in the space of your frequency you naturally express the clarity of the Creator through all that you are, experience and create. If you place conscious awareness and focus on downloading clarity from your frequency you will balance and empower the power and love of your essence within your being. Thus, becoming an expression of clarity.

It is akin to a veil becoming thin and the unseen becoming seen. The window of divine inspiration and ancient knowledge may be experience by you as a portal opening or a download of information. There is much for you to receive and retrieve to further the ascension of all as well as yourself.

Allow yourself to receive the pure white light with hints of pale blue light through the top of your head, filtering into your entire being. Let us be as one with you as you experience our energy and light pouring through your being. Our purpose at this time is to bring peace, stillness and oneness. Take a moment to receive and experience.

When we speak of our purpose being peace, stillness and oneness we have a specific meaning. Peace as a soothing energy to support your entire being relaxing, a relaxation which is so deep that everything that is not aligned with the Creator floats away. As a result of this you allow yourself to be in a space of truth within your being. A space where you are so relaxed with and accepting of your whole being, the reality you experience and the reality you create. Imagine a relaxation which is beyond simply relaxing your body and mind, it is a deep melting into and acceptance of your truth; all that you are, and your soul wishes to manifest as. Speaking of stillness, our purpose is to create a state of tranquillity where all actions and reactions are balanced born from the truth within you. Stillness isn’t to be motionless in this case, instead it is to be balanced especially emotionally thus being centred in your truth; the magic and divinity within your being. It is from a state of stillness and balance that true motion born from the Creator can be generated. With our purpose of oneness so we seek the connection of all that is the Creator both on the Earth and the inner planes. A connection so deep and profound that it doesn’t even need to be recognised or acknowledged, it simply exists. Such a state of being is at the core of every soul, it is so powerfully and magnificently present that it is almost unrecognisable. The oneness we speak of is akin to the DNA of your soul, essence and inner truth. It is as if it cannot be described and only experienced. As we download the pure white light of our soul group into your being, it is peace, stillness and oneness that is our purpose of activation within your being.

The Pathway of Peace

Imagine that the entire timeline of your life so far and until you pass over into the inner planes is a pathway of peace. Take a moment to examine your current embodiment timeline as a pathway of peace. In which experiences do you recognise peace, and in which do you recognise chaos? Examine lightly, you may recognise patterns of peace and chaos, situations and places where peace or chaos blossomed, what message is available for you to receive?

When you feel ready, ask within you, where does the essence of peace manifest from within me? Be accepting of a response in whichever way it forms.

Then direct your focus within you, where does the essence of chaos manifest from within me? Be accepting of a response in whichever way it forms.

Whether you receive any insight or not allow yourself to know you have accessed a deeper level of your truth and being within you. With this acknowledgement allow yourself to seep and melt deeper as if into a state of relaxation. As you place your entire focus on relaxing into all that is your truth, feel as if a vast expanse opens up within you as all that isn’t the Creator flows away. You have entered into your pathway of peace; how does it feel? What do you connect with and experience? Recognise the sense of peace and relaxation you experience throughout your entire being as a space from which you create your pathway forth.

Imagine that the entire timeline of your life so far and until you pass over into the inner planes is a pathway of stillness. Take a moment to examine your current embodiment timeline as a pathway of stillness. In which experiences do you recognise stillness? Remember that when we speak of stillness, we are considering a state of tranquillity where all actions and reactions are balanced born from the truth within you.

In your modern culture stillness is not valued and maybe even not understood fully. Let yourself drift into the state and space of stillness within you, even if you are unable to contemplate it fully. You are sensing your pathway of stillness, engaging and embodying your pathway of stillness.

How does your pathway of stillness differ from your pathway of peace?

The Pathway of Oneness

Your pathway of oneness is akin to the DNA of your entire being physically and energetically. Oneness is present within everything you are and create, you cannot create without your oneness with the Creator. Your simple existence is a result of your oneness with the Creator. Oneness is your pure and deep connection with the Creator. Sometimes this cannot be recognised within your outer reality even though it is present. First there is a need to recognise oneness within your truth and inner essence in order to be able to fully examine and create oneness within your outer reality. Oneness is eternally present; it is often your mind and limiting programming that influences our creations and experiences on the Earth rather than the essence of oneness. When oneness is recognised within then it is easy to recognise and create with true oneness in all your experiences. It is often the mindset that requires to shift, focus on the presence of oneness within creates the shift.

Imagine that the entire timeline of your life so far and until you pass over into the inner planes is a pathway of oneness. Recognise without judgment, how everything that you are and created is connected to the Creator. Rather than examining your life too closely allow yourself to feel into the strong and profound presence of oneness and connection with the Creator.

Remember the presence of peace within you, a relaxation so deep. Remember the presence of stillness within you, a balance so profound and then remember the presence of oneness, a connection so all-consuming with the Creator. In engaging with these three stages and pathways you allow yourself to discover your inner truth. Your inner truth is not necessarily a well of wisdom, it is a space of truth where you can be your essence, your truth without any limitations or boundaries. It is a space within you so personal to you and allows your intimate relationship with the Creator. This is an indescribable space that is so valued, it is healing, uplifting, inspirational and fulling. It is your inner truth.

What do you sense of the world around you?

What do you sense of the world within you?

Where do your beliefs arise from and how do you formulate the life you create on the Earth?

These questions invite you to gaze deeply at everything you perceive yourself to be, as well as evaluating the world in which you are the centre of. The way you perceive your innerll and outer world as well as your responsibility within your reality is the key to the way you navigate all that is the Creator. The key to navigating the Creator is to realise that your sense of the world within and around you is constantly shifting and fluctuating as you gradually accept the expansiveness that is your nature. Acceptance is a tool which can be gifted to all areas of your reality both spiritual and physical; it is to sense the expansive nature of the Creator in all that you are and do.

Your expansive nature is the limitless possibilities, opportunities, creations and wisdom which are the Creator. Therefore, nothing is fixed, a certain way or motionless. Everything has a flow, movement and limitless possibilities. Can you recognise the Universe of the Creator in this way? More importantly, can you recognise yourself in this way? Can you recognise the world you exist within, in this way? It is possible that you cannot, or maybe only partially, this is natural because of both the intensity and density of the Earth’s structure and reality. Mother Earth and the reality of the Earth invite you to move beyond all that you currently sense and into a new perception of all that is.

At this time of ascension, it is as if you are entering through a tunnel emerging into a new world. You are not leaving your current life behind or even parting with the Earth, instead it is that you are expanding your ability to sense the world around and within you, thus perceiving a new reality for yourself. This ascension shift is strongly connected to your ability to embody the flow, movement and limitless possibilities of the Creator’s energy. To do so is to move beyond the way you currently perceive yourself and reality, even beyond your beliefs of how the world is and should be.

We the Andromedans invite you to be conscious and aware of all the belief systems and thoughts you create and affirm about how the world is and should be. This mind frame only holds you in the space of a fixed and motionless reality. The affirmation available to you is,

‘I eternally exist in the flow, movement and limitless possibilities of the Creator.’

This statement can be declared when thoughts of how the world for you is and should be. The practice will transform the way you sense the world within and around you thus allowing you to experience the limitless possibilities, opportunities, creations and wisdom of the Creator. Be aware that your mind may need time to decipher the new world and reality emerging before your eyes both on a physical and spiritual level. If you become confused or despondent know that time is needed for your mind to adjust and accept the expansive energy of the Creator you are now requesting to embody, experience and live as on the Earth. Returning your focus to reconnect with the flow, movement and limitless possibility energy of the Creator will affirm greater clarity and peace within your being during this transition. Repeating the affirmation, ‘I eternally exist in the flow, movement and limitless possibilities of the Creator,’ during meditation and then allowing your self to sense the opening of your being and the flow of the Creator’s energy through you will assist greatly. Invite yourself each time to contemplate what you see, sense or acknowledge as you experience the flow, movement and limitless possibility energy of the Creator. Be aware that each time you meditate to connect with the energy your experience may be different. The more you can become accustomed to the energy of flow, movement and limitless possibilities of the Creator the easier it will be for you to embody, recognise and create from within your reality.

Imagine what you could create from the divine flow, movement and limitless possibility energy of the Creator. What reality would you live? What type of person would you be? What would your experience of the Earth be like? It is important to take time to truly contemplate your integration and creation with these qualities of the Creator. With contemplation you will begin to realise that even when you imagine what you or your life would be like you are creating an energy and experience that is fixed, a certain way or motionless. In order to enter through the tunnel and create a new spiritual world for yourself and others on the Earth and the inner planes, there is a need to focus on the energy of the Creator in the present moment, realising that this energy is constantly shifting and fluctuating. Therefore, accept an idea or insight as your own, as your reality and experience. Then let it flow, be limitless and filled with motion so it may develop into something greater and more expansive than you can currently perceive. Let it be filled with the qualities of the Creator of limitless possibilities, opportunities, creations and wisdom. Let the creation be guided by the Creator, as beautiful, powerful, blissful and infinite as the Creator wishes! In truth you are surrendering that which you sense from the flow of the Creator allowing it to pour with abundance into your being and reality.

There is still a need to focus upon that which you wish for and desire in your reality, this is essential. However, notice when you become engrossed on a fixed circumstance, experience or creation. If after a while there is no movement or flow, the there is a need to realise you are limiting or even rejecting the limitless possibilities, opportunities, creations and wisdom. If this is your reality, then these is a need to connect as much as possible with flow, movement and limitless possibilities of the Creator. ‘I eternally exist in the flow, movement and limitless possibilities of the Creator.’ It is not only connecting, it is to exist within these sacred qualities of the Creator.

Once you begin to grasp and experience that which we, the Andromedans, speak of you will begin to view the world within and around you anew. This will mean that situations and circumstances across the world which seem immovable will begin to transform. Humanity will no longer acknowledge themselves and their realities as being fixed, a certain way or motionless, thus a new spiritual world will appear for all to experience. When we speak of a new spiritual world, we are referring to a world that is based upon the spiritual nature of each and every being present upon the Earth. Imagine this for a moment, it is an extremely exciting idea and concept; a world that is based upon the spiritual nature of each and every being present upon the Earth. We invite you to meditate upon this idea and acknowledge that which you perceive, then connect with yourself as an existing eternally in the flow, movement and limitless possibilities of the Creator, what appears for you then? The definition and explanation I wish to share with you of the dimensions 6 – 9 of the Creator’s Universe is a simple expression in order to encourage you to access, download and experience the energies to aid your ascension. Others may describe the dimensions of the Creator’s Universe differently, they are after all abundant in energy, wisdom, and expression, there is much to draw upon, access and many different ways to explain the dimensions. Each explanation becomes an expression of truth and an access point for greater exploration. Your purpose with the dimensions of the Creator’s Universe is to access and explore the energies, developing your own understanding and encounters with the Creator, thus recognising the presence of the Creator in your reality in multiple ways.

I, Lord Melchizedek, invite you to feel into the energy of each dimension, in doing so you will gain your own experience of the dimensions, which will be aligned with your current ascension pathway and evolution, offering you that which is essential to aid your acceleration. In truth, the understanding you gain from each dimension is connected to what you require to take the next step of your spiritual evolution on all levels of your being.

6th Dimension

The 6th dimension, I enjoy labelling the ‘Era of Remembrance,’ as it denotes a period of ascension where you are able to grasp profound remembrance of the Creator and self as the Creator, whether on a thought and understanding level or on an emotional and knowing level. Remembrance can be your entire being activating, healing and channeling more light through your being. It can be accessing a sense of purpose that is fulfilling especially on a soul and physical level. The 6th dimension can be interpreted as instigating the completion of ascension. It reveals to you the stages that are essential to complete your mastery and learning upon the Earth, as well as allowing you to break away from the rebirth cycle accessing oneness with the Creator, while remaining physically present upon the Earth. Qualities promoted by the 6th dimension are an enhanced inner knowingness, the ability to access divine ideas, expanding divine wisdom and knowledge, inspiration which promotes perceptions beyond limitations and illusions.

The 6th dimension reinforces your connection and communication with your soul, allowing powerful soul discovery journeys and deepening expressions of your soul through all levels of your being. If you are finding it challenging to connect with your soul, wish to enhance your communication with your soul or receive guidance from your soul, it is ideal to request the 6th dimension to download into your being at the appropriate vibrations to support you. If you wish to connect on a deeper or soul level with other people in your reality you can request this from the 6th dimension. There are many other requests which can be made, such as the balancing of your spiritual body, clarity in order to remember divine information, wisdom and knowledge to support your ascension or synthesising with your Ascended Master self in order to discover your ascension pathway to completion of your ascension mastery upon the Earth. If you find your intuition is blocked or you are unable to gain inner guidance the 6th dimension can support you by aligning you with your soul. I, Lord Melchizedek, recognise the 6th dimension as the centre of the ascension processes many are moving through at this time. It is so filled with inspiration and tremendous support, it is worthwhile downloading and anchoring into your being and reality, even if you are uncertain of the purpose of your anchoring.

7th Dimension

The 7th dimension in many ways denotes new beginnings because of its ability to activate and instigate new learning and a change of your current perceptions into new ideas which inspire and expand your awareness. The 7th dimension can feel fresh and expansive as it invites you to detach from and let go of anything that is hindering or limiting your ascension and mastery. The process of detachment is the key focus of the 7th dimension, much emphasis is placed upon understanding the method and benefits of detachment, which can be applied to all levels of your being. Detachment isn’t to disconnect or disregard, it is to let go of bonds that cause you separation with the Creator and recreate bonds of love, trust, and truth. It is this process which instigates new learning and even a reassessment of your spiritual pathway, to accept a pathway which is meaningful for your current transitions of ascension.

If you feel stuck in your ascension evolution or unable to see, sense or acknowledge your spiritual pathway forward the 7th dimension can be anchored to support you. It is important to observe whether there are some people, situations or objects which you are deeply attached to, with this discovery ask the 7th dimension to support your detachment and reforming of bonds of love, trust and truth. You will notice that your love for the person, situation or object enhances tremendously while allowing you to experience a liberation from any suffering, hinderance, negativity or bond that drains you of energy.

A speciality of the 7th dimension is aiding the acceptance of and alignment with your soul group. When requested, many activations and alignments can be instigated within your being to further your remembrance of your unification with your soul group.

8th Dimension

The 8th dimension is a powerful space to exist within and access as it allows you to experiment, test and explore divine concepts, new ideas and even the manifestation of intentions before they anchor physically. This means that if you wish to manifest a certain outcome in your reality you can trial it in the 8th dimension and assessing whether it will truly serve and fulfil you. Often that which we believe will create fulfilment in our realities does not always satisfy us in the ways we expect. The 8th dimension allows you to explore during meditation and sleep time to support you in accessing the ideas, concepts, and intentions that will truly support you in experiencing fulfilment on the Earth and within your spiritual ascension.

You can request to download and experience the 8th dimension energies during meditation. Then hold your focus and attention on your intentions or that which you wish to create. Visualise, sense or acknowledge the unfolding and development of your intention in your reality. You may feel as if you are imagining or making it up, this does not matter, the key is to recognise whether the intention you are focusing upon serves you. If you discover it would serve you then continue to focus upon it in your daily reality, if it does not then erase it and create a new intention, testing this in the 8th dimension.

The 8th dimension specialises in enhancing your conscious awareness of your soul group, thus allowing you to embody your soul group consciously within your physical body and reality. This can be requested from the 8th dimension.

9th Dimension

In the 9th dimension you are supported in surrendering to the divine intelligence of the Creator. In doing so you are able to obtain, access and allow the entrance of new divine concepts, ideas, inspiration from the Creator. You are able to connect with higher aspects of the Creator’s Universe, downloading these into your awareness and remembrance. The acceptance of co-creation and the divine influence or guidance of the Creator is a key aspect of the 9th dimension. This dimension truly fuels your spiritual evolution by supporting you in accessing an abundance of inspiration, enlightenment, and divine truth, while enhancing your ability to surrender and connect with the Creator.

The 9th dimension energies and ideas can be downloaded into the 8th dimension in order to be more fully explored and to evaluate how the energy would be experienced on the Earth. If you feel stuck, confused, wish to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and all that is the Creator, wish to expand your awareness or connect on a deeper level with all that is the Creator, the 9th dimension can support you.

The 9th dimension also aids your conscious awareness of your Soul Group and your Soul Groups spiritual evolution of working with and integrating with other Soul Groups in order to aid the divine will of the Creator.

During meditation you may wish to call upon each dimension individually, 6 – 9, requesting a download of the most appropriate energies, qualities, and wisdom to be grounded into your being. Take time to observe the influence of the energy upon your being. The Relationship of Your Soul and Your Mind

The mind can become enrolled in being the main source of wisdom and overpower your soul and divine intuition that naturally flows through your being. Your mind is so powerful it supports you in projecting and manifesting the reality you experience before you. Your mind sieves through past memories constantly as if searching for something, maybe it is guidance or enlightenment. Its main aim is to recreate your connection with the Creator on the Earth such as feelings of joy, peace, unity, and oneness. However, it tries to achieve this through material knowledge and experiences.

Your soul is ever present within your being, constantly sharing wisdom, love, and divine support to serve you. It is the mind through habits and conditioning that can cause you to not even be aware or conscious of the presence of your soul and its constant emanation through you. This can cause the illusion that your soul is blocked from integrating into your being or that you are unable to connect with or communicate with your soul.

The soul holds onto many lessons and experiences from other lifetimes as well as experiences that will manifest greater learning and expansion. It can appear as if the soul requires cleansing, however, your soul is inviting full body and being realisation of your soul through gifting certain experiences to your life on the Earth.

When the soul is ignored and the mind takes control and an engagement with illusion can manifest, in this case, there is a simply a need to bring greater unity to your being, connecting your mind with your soul, thus empowering and relaxing your mind with the energy of your soul. This creates beautiful experiences of trust, harmony, serenity and of being loved within the mind which influences your entire being and reality. The mind is able to let go of fear, judgment, suffering, and pain to be divinely inspired by the truth of the Creator. This creates such a beautiful feeling of being fully supported, loved, safe and healed.

Embracing the Mind with Your Soul

Focusing on the love of your soul pulsating throughout your being is a powerful pacify of a chattering and unfocused mind. Embracing the mind with love can assist in deepening meditation as the mind adopts a greater stillness which allows a new connection with your soul. When others speak of soul development, ascension, enlightenment, and integration, they are speaking of the unity between the soul and the mind, it is a great achievement that is obtainable and can lead to greater mastery and awakening.

Allow yourself to sit peacefully, relax and try to focus on the word ‘Stillness,’ within your mind, you can imagine the word or repeat it. Focus on this word and allow yourself to be aware of how long it takes for your mind to distract you with an additional thought. Once you realise you have been distracted then bring your focus back to the word ‘Stillness.’ Do not judge yourself, instead, every time you experience a distraction, detach from the distraction and bring yourself back into the moment. This will help you to understand how influential and distracting your mind can be in your everyday life. Complete the practice by inviting your soul to embrace your mind in the purest powerful love energy and vibration. Feel, sense or acknowledge your soul’s love anchoring into every aspect of your mind, as if it is a soothing balm.

Then state: ‘I now invoke the beloved and sacred energy of my soul to expand and swell, melting into my body, aura, and surroundings. I ask my soul to create a deeper bond and connection with my mind, help me to exist as a beacon of my soul light, expressing the light and love of the Creator from every pore of my being. I ask Lord Melchizedek to oversee this process of integration. Thank you.’

Imagine how the light will manifest within your mind, it may create a beam of light through the centre of your mind that emanates into every aspect of your mind. You may imagine the light flowing over your head like a cap or hat and melting into your mind or a golden heart may manifest within your mind, pulsating love and positive consciousness into your thoughts. Allow yourself and soul to be creative generating a symbol you can meditate on and experience the connection between your soul and mind. Allow your mind to be flooded with the light of your soul, knowing that the light holds the divine will of the Creator, a high vibrational consciousness of enlightenment, the wishes of your soul, and precious thoughts of love.

Imagine your soul extending to fill your entire body, it melts through your skin and enters into your aura, dissolving all negative energy and anchoring love into your entire being. Sit and experience your divine energy. If your mind tries to take control embrace it in profound love and forgiveness. This is your special time of connection and integration between your soul and mind, which in itself can be life changing. The more you engage in this practice the more your mind will open to realise and recognise the sacred presence of your soul, allowing you to feel soul filled and soul realised.

The Multi Universal Level holds the purity and truth of the Creator, it enhances liberation and true expression. Due to its high and quick vibrational frequency, it can be difficult to comprehend and understand from the earthly levels. However, its influences are magnificent, powerful and impactful, encouraging a deeper resonance and connection with the Creator and your divine self.

The Power of Sound

Within the Multi Universal there are beings labelled Master Archangels, each receives and distributes a quality of the Creator into the Multi Universal Level and the entire Universe of the Creator. The divine will and plans of the Creator for ascension flow through these Master Archangels. They are known as Master Archangels because their role is to maintain the vibration of the Multi Universal Level and support me, Archangel Metatron, in my role as overseer of the Angelic Kingdom and Multi Universal Level. Due to their high vibrations they do not have names, instead they are distinguished as sound vibrations and frequency.

Sound exists within the entire Universe of the Creator, it is a magical way to communicate and allows for true experience and expression of the Creator essence. Each Master Archangel has a purpose and a sound vibration which allows you to call upon their presence to work with you.

Sound has the power to penetrate your entire being and change the vibration and oscillation of your cells, aligning your physical body to the frequency you are receiving, this can create tremendous shifts, awakening and healing.

Sound invites your soul to activate and become more fully embodied within your body and reality. Due to sound being able to change the frequency of your entire being on all levels, it is a powerful tool to accelerate your ascension, creating new awakenings, activations and illumination. In the same way I guided you to connect with me, you can connect with these Master Archangels. It is advisable to only connect with one Master Archangel at a time. Simply tone, sing and express their sound, which is like their name, through your voice in a way that is comfortable for you. They will be automatically present with you. You may wish to tone with your eyes closed for as long as you feel is appropriate, then let yourself be silent and sink into meditation or quiet reflection. You will connect on a deeper level with your being and recognise the synthesis of the Master Archangel with you. Master Archangel Tae – Ho holds a focus upon the Multi Universal Level of ascension. The process of ascension on the Earth can be described in many ways but there is a simple explanation of ascension at a Multi Universal level, it is to raise your vibration. The simplicity of this process allows for an extremely powerful experience. Tae – Ho assists in the quickening of the vibration of the entire universe, quickening the vibration of even the Earth as guided by the will of the Creator. Tae – Ho also holds the ability of slowing down the vibration of the Creator’s energy in order for the processing of energy. Our understanding of this upon the Earth may be that Tae – Ho is the overseer of time but in fact he is the overseer of the speed at which ascension for all is achieved, or the speed at which we unite our energies with the Creator. Tae – Ho teaches many how to quicken their vibration and unite with the vibration of the Creator.

Master Archangel La- Na amplifies the truth vibration of the Creator and allows for a greater in depth understanding of the Creator’s will and vibration. As I, Archangel Metatron anchor the vibration of the Creator so La – Na supports in deciphering the vibrations of the Creator accessing and interpreting the wisdom of the Creator. We could say La – Na is the Creator’s interpreter. While wisdom is accessed and unfolds from the vibration of the Creator, it is very rarely spoken on a Multi Universal level; truth will manifest more as inspiration within the heart centre or the origin of the soul energy, and then can be transferred from heart centre to heart centre through bonds of light. La – Na assists in the manifestation of the entire reality of the universe whether it is the collective reality or an individual’s reality. Each soul and soul group hold an aspect of the Creator’s truth, La – Na ensures that these are expanded into realities for greater understanding. La- Na is a powerful part of the ascension process throughout the entire universe.

Master Archangel Emm – Ka assists with the continuous balance of the vibration of the Multi Universal Level and entire Universe of the Creator. Emm – Ka works alongside my vibration, Archangel Metatron and Tae – Ho the Master Archangel of Ascension to maintain balance. As I, Archangel Metatron, distribute the light, Tae –Ho increase the vibration of light and so Emm – Ka ensures that the perfection of the Creator is achieved at all times. Emm- Ka works with the divine will of the Creator ensuing that everything is being expressed as the perfection of the Creator. Emm – Ka’s mission is to create the perfection of the Creator and ensure divine vibrational balance is experienced by all within all aspects of their energetic beings, soul and soul group. La –Mor- E ensures energy is always activating, that stagnation is dissolved, and that self-expression is fully experienced. This is a most beautiful time for simplicity and we, the Celestial White Beings, invite you to interweave the Creator’s vibration of simplicity into every area of your existence both physically and spiritually. It is not the time to try to be too complicated in your creations, thoughts, and manifestations. If you do find that a situation or experience is too complicated, challenging, seems impossible or overwhelming, then call upon the Creator’s energy of simplicity to anchor through your being.
