I have been sitting on much information for some time and am called to put out this latest message:
As of 8:18:46 pm Tuesday night PDT A Great Event Occurred! The final “pillar” of the matrix came tumbling down. All curtains fell and all as we have known to be this reality is no more. There will be a delayed effect from this anticipated Moment and occurrence and all will begin to see an even greater acceleration in the dismantling of what was once The Matrix, all Matrix Systems, programing, and its components.
As was previously stated, all systems of control have been uncreated. A VERY specific sequence of uncreating has occurred and is complete now!!!!!!!!!
There will be a greater number of strange and sudden news flashes relaying groups of people killed/passing in unexpected ways. Do not be alarmed with this. This is not The Dark but rather all of those who have chosen another path and another destination. Copious exit plans will begin to become evident.
More and more information will come forth challenging us to release attachments to ANYTHING we have believed to be the truth. This is because sometimes what we believe to be true is not necessarily from our hearts but from programs, looping patterns, and other life time experiences where it seemed and felt right then, but will continue to feel “off” now. New information will rattle us to our very core and cause us to look at everything through a new lens, that is if we are up to the task of allowing, accepting, and participating in the destination we have been living in and the binding, distortions, and fallacies we have been quantum entangled in on and off planet.
With this release, all of The Enlightened Community may experience some discomfort with releasing what you feel you need to do or want to do to “connect” with your Higher Self and beyond.
Many of us are already noticing that a knowingness has taken the place of needing to meditate for long hours, or sit a certain way, or use mudras or chant or what have you. All of these tools have played an important role when we were living in The Matrix but now The Matrix is dissipating and being uncreated so all that we have become will be effected as well. Politicians are all just puppets for true power that prefers to govern from the shadows and remain anonymous for security purposes. We all know this. So who’s controlling the strings Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton?
Let’s start with Hillary because she is really just a shill for Bill, who has been on the political scene since the late 70’s. Bill Clinton is the illegitimate child of form Arkansas Governor Winthrop Rockefeller:
As for Donald Trump, his grandfather was born in Germany and ran speakeasies and brothels, then moved to the US around the 1900 and did the same. His father took over the family business, and passed it down to his son, Donald.
Given that Germany is the home of the 3rd and 4th Reich, and both his male descendants were Nazi supporters, it is safe to assume Donald is cut from the same raciest cloth, and certainly the same entitled elite cloth of American business titans with Eastern European financial backers.
So whether you were planning on voting for Hillary or Donald his election cycle, don’t bother. You’re in essence voting for a bought and sold puppet with strings leading back to Eastern European roots; thus neither is an authentic American agenda at heart. It’s all more of the same.
In fact, it can now be seen that Donald has been ordered to take a dive for Hillary, which keeps the Clinton/Rockefeller/Rothschild Dynasty in power; and thus Donald is malevolently serving his Dark Nobility family with a defeat both in politics and in terms of reputation–which will be made up to him amply through other real estate investments we’re certain.
Hillary by default would be the next American President, and devout Jesuit operative Paul Ryan, the squeaky clean face of conservative politics installed by Pope Francis last September, will of course still control Congress… making both just puppets being pulled by the same Dark Nobility strings, just by different names and political parties.
This is how American politics really works, and has always worked since the days of George Washington (who ran essentially unopposed) during the first US Presidential Election, circa 1788–89.
The Dark Nobility always figures out a way to covertly place two seemingly opposed candidates within a binary election structure, so that they never lose control of the top decision making seat. Doesn’t matter what country, they always attempt to position their people in top leadership position to control the masses anyway they desire.
What’s happening now is their binary structure of control has been thrown out of all democracies via the Paris Agreement, and even their puppet dictators are having to step aside. Here in the USA, all three branches of government: White House (Executive), Congress (Legislative) and the Supreme Court (Judicial) have been replaced quietly without public knowledge because America is finally returning to its pure Constitutional roots as an organic Republic, free of foreign control mechanisms and agents–which is why the first wave of English settlers came to the new world in the first place–to get away from Dark Nobility political control and burdening taxation.
Also, they wanted freedom from printed central bank money, which has also now been thrown away worldwide; meaning, the dark cabal can no longer print their way into absolute power anywhere in the world. This also means that other global corporate industries will be relinquished by the Dark Nobility, including but not limited to military, food supply, media, technology, education, entertainment, science and pharmaceuticals.
So what we are waiting on as Americans?
Well, yes, a financial resetting of our currency and several other countries also enslaved by Dark Nobility actors, but also the restoration of our original form of Republic government. An announcement of this transition is forthcoming. So to our the announcement of new currency printed by the Republic Treasury. These changes must eventually be made as public fact.
The truth is even deeper than that, as no nation of the world is but a puppet of the Dark Nobility any longer, despite what modern mass media would try and lead you to believe. Their well established propaganda campaigns are crumbling by the hour, and keeping a lid over this historic transition of ages is obviously impossible. Yet their keep trying… bless their little corrupt hearts.
This means also that mankind is now free to explore their own human potential without any limitation placed upon them, financially especially, but also spiritually. We are free as a species, and as individuals, for only the second time our evolutionary history.
The long awaited Acquarian Age is upon us, and it is rolling out effortlessly. It’s arrival is nothing short of miraculous and monumental. As one human race of living, soul-filled beings, our collective rate of ascension will be stunning. Technological advances will come so quickly, so constantly, so easily that it’ll make all heads spin and legs jump for joy.
Old ways of thinking and acting just no longer apply, right now, as fear lessens by the minute in all human decision making.
Collective consciousness is at this hour rising as a result, and we can now safely welcome new ideas, possibilities, and realities as they lovingly emerge onto the scene both in mass and with unprecedented abounding creativity.
So by all means, cut all your strings to the past, and adopt fresh, new ways of thinking so that your former enslavers accept they can no longer keep you ignorant, indifferent and terrified a moment more. Remember, change is not their specialty after 13 millennia of control, thus in your ability to “change your mind” lies your freedom.
Watch as the Dark Nobility surrenders to possibility, surrenders to hope, surrender to love, surrenders to the Will of God–the same God they rebelled against when arriving on this planet. Because no more are there vibrational limitations holding back humanity now… we children of the light, are truly free and united as one.

TRUE LIES
At the end, the very end, things will get weird. False prophets will crawl out of the woodworks claiming lies as benevolent truths. Be discerning in whom you receive your verities (truth) from, as often wolves come disguised as sheep, and vice versa, and they bear false witness in the form of true lies.
Political candidates also do the same. They eventually implode, only to rebound, only to implode again. Sure poling favorites are undermined by 3rd party sources, that appear neutral, but in veritas are just waiting for the right time to drop a bombshell, so that the NPTB can reveal some glorious new governmental structure and their hand-picked leaders of which we can select and make things all the more better.
Also, existing leaders who have long come off as detrimental to human progress are suddenly revealed to be just the opposite. Making it so hard to determine who’s who in the zoo. Who said what? Why? Really? Come on? No? Yes? Ok. Wow. Sham-Wow!
Finally, this money, this heavenly mana gift, will instantaneously spill out as if it was always waiting abundantly for you in some dusty corner of some innocuous warehouse. Word will go out like lightning, and voila, years and for some decades of suffering will vanish, painstaking research verities forgotten, and hunched backs and exhausted eyes will magically be healed… all in less than an hour.
So what’s really true? What’s some good ole fashioned RV veritas?
Fear. Not true. Doubt. Not true. Rage. Not true. Deception. Not true. Scarcity. Not true. Drama. Not true.
Get the point?
Any intel at this late stage looking to distract you creates separation from the heart. Any intel at this late state looking to inspire you creates unity from the heart. So trust God for your verities, not man… not intel providers… not conference call moderators… not links… not broadcasters… not politicans… trust your personal relationship with God… and if you don’t have a good one, you have till your last breath on this earth to get one.
All it takes is complete a surrender of your own ego. And after that, then what? Going to party like its 1999 in Vegas with RR, Tony and the TNT funky bunch along with their hired wealth mangers (know that RR and Tony get a cash cut of all the new business these “neutral wealth managers” write)? Or will you shut yourself in cover everyone’s debt in your zip code? Country? Hemisphere?

And what about voting in our Presidential race to the bottom here in the old USA, Inc… wait, didn’t that corporation default legally in 2014 and come out of sovereign bankruptcy via international court in 2015? I believe so yes. So, is there even a USG anymore? Big nope. Hmmm, OK, so then why are these two insane liars running for an office to a government that doesn’t exist? Great question.
Feels almost like a new Fox Reality Show starring Donald Trump as the villain, or is H.Clinton the villain? Talk about confusing, but no less entertaining.
Maybe the NPTB will grace us with the veritas of the existence of our new government? You know, the one that was taught in school, but not practiced since 1871 in that diplomatic militarized zone/non-Constitutional sanctuary arm of the Vatican also known as Washington, D.C. (i.e. District of Columbia or District of Isis or District of Israel (Is-Ra-Elohim ).
Hold the phone, bubba… we didn’t learn that in school. Or that there have been 44 rigged Presidential elections. Shut the front door! If true, imagine all that human talent and monetary resource feeling into a complete and absolute scam without any organic result or consequence. Yo, da peeps are gonna be pissed? Or do they already know?
Many well known political names like Truman, Eisenhower, Reagan, Kennedy, Bush, Clinton and Obama all known to be glorified front men for some crazy maestro dark nobility Eastern Europe families that enjoy pulling our strings across the Atlantic (slang for Atlantis, yes also the family resort in Jamaica mon). But does anyone really care at this point? Seriously, does anyone really care who runs the world as long as their world stays afloat and appears to be inching forward for the next generation?
The truth or “veritas” of all modern situations has been rendered irrelevant, as only perception matters in this day and age. And for most, such perceptions are spoon fed to us by media talking heads, cloned celebrities, compromised athletes and faux religion icons. To them, the only thing that’s real is the lie, and they trust that few can even discern fiction from fact, so they bury fact and pump out scripted fiction–24/7/365.
Speaking of 365 days a year, it’s actually 365.25 days on the lunar solar calendar of creation, which is the original calendar of the ancient indigenous tribes of man or real children of Israel. It incorporates both the moon cycles and solar movements and has 13 months, all either with 29 & 30 days. Again, the veritas is out there if you’re willing to investigate.
The Chinese know this, and that’s why the RV is starting 11 days after October 1, 2016… because they’re not only resetting the currency, their resetting the calendar to reflect the veritas of our universe… and in this era, fact overcomes fiction. So yes, someone really cares as it turns out. And that someone controls 99.99999 of the gold ever mined.
Veritas!
Sadly, most will clamor for their college football, reality TV, 80 different tap beers, grandchildren on the weekends, fetish porn everyday, Facebook account at night and multi-topping cheap pizza with crazy cheesy bread and not only is America happily ignorant, they will literally go to war over protecting this way of life.
Amazing that for most to all of humanity’s history they have been convinced to fight against their bests interests, and even murder one another just to maintain an enslaved status given to them at birth.
And then one day, a day just like today, maybe a random day in October circa 2016, when the Jews are busy celebrating the end of Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement), the most holy day in the Jewish religion that’s actually termed Hebrew, the RV finally appears under the invisibility cloak of “nobody gives a shit because it took too long and is just too ridiculous to believe in let alone wait for).
But just like that, everything changes in our world… as the spigots are turned on and we the meek of the earth (Matthew 5:5) bring our buckets and fill up for the generations that are sure to follow. The illusionary veritas veil gets lifted and humanity’s table of possibility is reset, so that the 50th Year of Golden Jubilee can begin (Leviticus 25:9). Prophecy fulfilled. Expectations exceeded. You are free to move about the cabin of creation… and all in God’s time on this the Day of At-One-Ment.
Tough questions will ultimately need to be post-RV? Who am I really now that I have all this money? How did this happen even though I lived through it? What in God’s name is first or next for me? Where do I go today? Who can I trust tomorrow? Why have I suddenly lost my joy? Should I ever speak again because no one will understand me now?
Remember, this one thought folks heading out of your reception meeting tonight folks… if there was no RV, no money, no ZIM, no transition of eras… is God still God? If yes, then proceed forward into your new life. If no, my sincere suggestion is to burn your currency now before it burns a hole in your soul.
Why? Because money accentuates what’s already in your heart… it magnifies all veritas. Thus, if you’re dark, greedy, angry, manipulative, vengeful and violent on the inside, that’s what you’re going to attract abundantly post-RV. And if you’re the opposite, wonderful, caring, sensitive, generous, giving, warm, kind, happy… well, you can stop reading. You’ve arrived!
The only shot any of us have at enjoying our lives post-RV, is getting in alignment with God’s Will pre-RV. That requires the surrender our ego in favor of God’s Will. Offer no more rebellion to His love. Only the complete surrender of your soul in favor of His oversoul will suffice as a permanent gesture of service for the Lord. This is what it means to be reborn. And right now you have this opportunity to freely accept whatever conditions, trials and tribulations God the Father brings to your door step with both a smile and sense of gratitude.
His pathway is the only way to a) Process the RV opportunity short-term; and b) Ascend spiritually beyond the trappings of your new material wealth long-term.
What you do in private is none of my business. But I know God is watching, and clearly if your redeeming your currency He’s already cast judgment on soul’s who persist to rebel against His will.
The choice is yours. Just wanted to offer you one last shot at eternity before Heaven and Earth collide in your life and dump so much money you it becomes next to impossible to give it all away to God. So, so much easier when you’re broke.
There is a lot I just can’t say without endangering people. What I can say is that a major event happened in Reno today that will most likely escalate the implementation of NESARA. This kind of Intel is never a guarantee, but it impresses me that it creates an urgency that has been missing from the picture prior to today.
I am watching for major action on NESARA. If it happens, we move forward in a broader, more complete way. We should dance in private until things settle down. If I wake and it didn’t, I will go hug my kids each day tightly and be grateful we are transitioning more quietly. Personally, I want this to go and go big. I am tired of seeing Dunford back off again and again. It is time to get the job done and have faith that the people will stand behind the truth. Frightening to be in his shoes, I imagine. I would be irritable if I had multiple attempts on my life, too.
While there is a potential for radical and strong action, it is best to keep to your homes or offices. Just put off the things you think are so necessary and stay home until this stabilizes one way or another, will you? I recommend laying low through this week.
A schedule was issued by Reno for the “release to use” actions for the public. I will give you the schedule, but realize that these horrendous actions today have probably accelerated the time frames.
Reno schedule issued this morning was to release authorization codes for Tier 1 & 2 payments to full use tomorrow morning and flowing through Thursday. Tier 3 “release to use” to occur Thursday night and Friday on wire transfers as previously entered. Under that schedule the 800# release would be tentatively indicated for Thursday night or possibly Friday to coincide with the Tier 3 release.
You are certainly saying, but why not Monday night? Why not tonight? Why delayed? It is not a delay so much as they simply get to decide on the exact moment. In this case, the New Republic has had to protect Dunford from at least three attempts on his life in the last week or so. That tends to distract a time line.
That said, the motive is greater and may shorten that time frame.
It just goes to show what a serious event this is. It isn’t just simple humanitarian funding. It is life and death global power shifts as we’ve never seen before. Be glad you’re not on the very front lines of it.
Lots of decisions, lots of action.
Bottom line, the 800 registration number release could hit any time between tonight and Friday and it will be incorporating the time sequence as originally outlined by the G20 to the Exchange Committee whom they appointed.
The best way we can support right now is prayer, simply prayer. Keep positive and exercise whatever faith you have.

We are down to the wire my precious family.
It is these last steps that seems to be taking forever. But when it is implemented, meaning extremely soon. We will not only breathe a sigh of relief, but celebrate and welcome our changes.
These past few months have been like running in a Marathon. As you get closer to the finish line, your mind is racing, telling you to continue on, but your body is on a different wave link it seems. Your lungs are burning feeling like they want to explode, your muscles tightening and almost cramping leading to a discouragement, but your heart says to carry on, the finish line is just ahead.
This marathon has been a test of nerves, patients and persistence.
If this has been a large School for Humanity; we are heading to the stage for our diplomas and our boundless rewards for all that we have endured.
I am excited to know that our finish line is here. Let us all meditate and/or pray for protection for our White Hats, our Galactic ground crew and all benevolent beings (includes Gaia) to have a safe and speedy Victory of The Light!
Selamat Jalwa! What is to be expected often takes longer than first estimated. The dying American regime goes out, sabre-rattling at a most undaunted clip. This nonsense seems scary to the uninitiated. In reality, it is no more than a method designed to make Russia the appointed scapegoat. The US Military is engaged in nefarious operations in Syria and Iraq. Because these things backfired badly on the US, it, like an old magician, needed to use sleight-of-hand tricks to lead a campaign to isolate Russia and force its way into the sad situation in Syria. It is yet more bravado by this crumbling illegal regime. It has, in reality, lost its legitimacy with most of the world’s nations. It is losing its positions within the UN and the IMF. All that is left when this all plays out is for the NESARA Republic to be formally declared! We have drawn up a timetable that is to be carried out swiftly and adroitly. There is to be a time of great silence and a quiet determination to succeed. Then, its mandate is to appear like a sudden storm and the madness of this old crazed regime is to end. All at once, a wondrous time is to manifest and be cheered by all humanity.
We have watched the de facto American government ever since the present cycles of payouts commenced early this past month. The degree of uneasiness increases every time these payout cycles move forward. The same is true of its largely discredited diplomacy. This constant sabre-rattling is proving again and again to be unsuccessful. Instead, it is coerced into doing things that, in former times, it was easy for it to achieve. These increasingly false ways have largely caused those in the know in the Middle East and Afghanistan to ignore whatever the US demands. This process is leaving the USA, Inc. isolated and ignored. The domestic scandals that swirl around this regime are yet another factor to cause their quick demise. We are closely monitoring these horrendous events and can clearly see the importance of this now-fledgling republic to the new reality. Many events are beginning to manifest and the final push to oust this corrupt governance is close to being revealed!
This process of change has proven to be more difficult to carry out than was imagined. This reality existed under the thumb of the Anunnaki for millennia. The Anunnaki terminated their rule with the declaration by the Anchara continuum. This event was supposed to be the signal for the dark to vacate this realm. Instead, it became the time when the minions thought that their rule was to end the decrees imposed by Heaven when the Anunnaki first came to power here some 13 millennia ago. This defiance, which has lasted about two decades, is nearing its end. Our time here has thus been to direct and protect those who had resources but were unable to finish their assigned tasks. Having gained their trust, we launched an operation that has put us at the very edge of contact. The new governments have agreed to end a decades-long cover-up that has delayed our formal announcements. We intend to use this coming time to clarify our mission to Gaia and explain why Heaven wishes to return you to full consciousness. These communications are to be the true forerunners of our contact with you!
Okay are you getting excited yet? Well, you should be. Our time is NOW!! The Anouncements are so close, that I can feel the excitement around this beautiful biosphere.
Lately my head has been tingeling and I feel like I am vibrating. It must be the frequencies coming in.
Our Guardians and our Higher expression of ourselves have been working hard to get us ready for the coming changes and “The Event”.
I have been staying away from fear porn and things that would bring my frequency down. I stay current, but don’t absorb the negative drama that the Dark ones want to keep us in. I let it go and trust in Source Creator and our Galactic Families who are tuned in to our delimas but whispering into our hearts to stay focused on Love and our goals to Ascend and help others.
If we don’t try to raise our frequency we may exit this body entirely. But there is no death, just a transition.
From all that I hear, we take this body with us into the 5th dimension. Personally, I need some minor tuning up on this old model, but I am looking forward to the life of abundance, peace, joy and filled with Love, sharing and caring.

Our brain releases a neurotransmitter, dopamine, which is crucial for numerous essential bodily functions. Dopamine is great for the following body functions:
-Regulating movement
-Controlling the center of pleasure and reward in the brain
-Improving the cognitive functions (knowledge, attention, memory, decision-making, evaluation, problem solving)
-Regulating the secretion of prolactin
Since it is extremely important for our wellbeing and happiness, the reduced levels of dopamine lead to various health issues, such as depression, sadness, negativity and various emotional troubles.
Fortunately, there are 10 effective ways to raise the dopamine levels in the body, without using medications:
1. Exercise
The exercise of every kind raises the levels of dopamine, serotonin, and endorphin. Regular exercise provides happiness, strengthens the body, reduces stress.
2. Avoid Addictions
Addiction to alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex, and even shopping, provide an instant pleasure, but it is not a permanent solution. Additions only temporarily satisfy our needs.
Moreover, addictions alter our lifestyle in favor of the source of the addiction, and it is a wicked cycle. Therefore, you should try and lower the risk of developing addictions, enjoy life, and find things that provide deeper calmness and happiness. Also, it is of great importance to work a job you enjoy.
3. Detoxification
Make sure you regularly detoxify your system, as the accumulation of toxins and bacteria in the body prevents the dopamine production and weakens the immunity.
4. Increase Tyrosine
Tyrosine is one of the 22 essential amino acids used for the creation of proteins. It is actually the most important chemical for the dopamine production of dopamine.
Besides dopamine, it also has the potential to elevate norepinephrine levels. In order to raise its levels in the body, you should consume green tea, watermelon, almonds, bananas, avocados, and dark chocolate.
5. Music
Dopamine levels are also increased through listening to music, even though it may be short-term. Therefore, use music as a common way to raise dopamine levels.

The US Presidential election due for November 8th will be cancelled and instead there will be war crimes tribunals held, sources in both the Pentagon and the CIA say. The excuse for cancelling the election will be the resignation of one of the presidential candiates, the CIA sources say.
Here is the raw intel from the CIA:
“There is now a 90% probability that the elections will be postponed.”
I asked my contact in DC why? His answer was:
“You can’t have an election with one candidate”
I asked him which one will be removed. His reply was:
“I am not allowed to tell you, let’s just say that Obama will make the announcement very soon.”
The Pentagon sources, for their part, say “The 911 law will push Saudi Arabia to expose Israel, Bandar bin Sultan and the Bush cabal behind 911 and will lead to a real truth commission and a war crimes tribunal.”
Since it is only a few weeks before the election, it will not be long before we see if these predictions come to pass.
In any case, the data dump of over one million documents revealing the extensive crimes of the Clinton Foundation make it clear there is a powerful faction within the military industrial complex that is fighting to overthrow the Khazarian mafia. That is because such a data dump cannot be carried out by individual hackers and requires a governmental organization with access to high level computer systems. At the same time, the fact the corporate media and net giants like Google are censoring this data makes it clear the owners of the big corporations (Bush/Clinton/Rockefeller/Rothschild etc.) are in battle against white hats in the military and the agencies.
No matter what though, the Khazarians are not going be able to murder themselves out of trouble this time because too many people are now aware of them and their crimes. That does not mean they will not try though.
Bill Clinton, who is close to death from HIV, recently issued a death threat against this writer and Neil Keenan. The signs are that Neil Keenan has already been murdered. Although he used contact this writer regularly on Skype, the current person pretending to be Neil Keenan on Skype is unable to answer a simple question that only the real Neil would know the answer too. Furthermore, the Neil Keenan website is now promoting Bush/Clinton mafia con jobs like the Zimbabwe currency scam. Revenge for Keenan’s death will be comprehensive and thorough, White Dragon Society sources promise.
Furthermore, if this writer is killed, you can be sure the entire 13 ruling bloodlines will be wiped out going back 5 generations to the founding of the Federal Reserve Board.
The families must think hard if they are willing to sacrifice the entire tree just to try in vain to save a rotten branch.
In any case, the Bush/Clinton/Rockefeller branch of the Khazarian mafia is now desperate for money. The recent Hurricane Mathew scam (the hurricane only existed in Khazarian mafia controlled media, not in the real world) was carried out do that the Khazarian mafia could make some money by short selling stocks in insurance companies, CIA sources say. “Follow the money, it is the same as the shorting of airline stocks before 911,” one CIA source says. The perpetrators of this fraud have been identified and will face long overdue justice soon, the sources say.
Pentagon sources say that the end of the Chinese National Day Golden Week holiday and the end of the October 3-9th World Bank and IMF annual meeting, together with ongoing, systematic “cabal terminations,” should propel big moves towards the new financial system starting this week. It is also worth noting that the upcoming October 16th full moon is known as the “Hunter’s moon,” and it is open season on murderous Khazarian gangsters, the sources say.
There also appears to be some sort of hit campaign going on in relation to North Korea. Sources in Japanese right wing organizations say that the top North Korean agent in Japan was fatally poisoned recently by a “CIA female agent” who “appeared to be just an ordinary Japanese woman.” Another source Japanese right wing source says North Korean strongman Kim Jong Un has also been killed.
CIA sources in Asia confirm this and say “Kim Jong Un has been replaced with a double, who is now under our control. The original went way off the reservation and had to be removed.”
This news report, for its part, says China is planning “decapitation strikes” against North Korea.
Other sources, meanwhile, provided evidence to this writer that Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte is a Bush agent. Dr. Michael Meiring, who later changed his name to Dr. Michael Van de Meer, claimed in a video recorded before his death that Duterte, at the time mayor of Davao city, planted the bomb that blew off his legs and that he did so on the orders of George Bush Sr.
