11 Ways to Decalcify the Pineal Gland

This how-to list will give you a reference point for exercises and ways to help with pineal gland decalcification.  Your pineal gland, also referred to as the 3rd eye, is a small endocrine gland in the geometric center part of your brain.  It is home to the ajna (brow) chakra and its energy is of psychic and spiritual phenomena.

Your pineal gland produces a number of chemicals and hormones that cause happiness and serenity, euphoria, restfulness, civilized behavior, balanced emotions, and psychical phenomena just to name a few.  These are natural states of being, however, due to lack of proper nutrition, environmental issues, left-brained thinking, and various chemicals; most people have developed a calcified pineal gland.

The Creator has given humans a chance to reverse or decrease ALL “ailments” and dysfunctions.  There are various supplements, food and drink, exercise, and other practices one can implement into their lifestyle to reverse pineal gland decalcification.  Once you begin to consciously work with the energy of the third eye chakra you will begin to see reality for what it is as opposed to what you have been programmed to beLIEve.

The following list is in no particular order.  See what resonates or feels right to you and begin there.  And remember, practicing patience and being consistent is key for any spiritual and metaphysical work.

1. Eliminate or reduce meat intake.  Meats, especially heavier ones like beef and pork, are very acidic.  An acidic ph balance is not conducive for a healthy, decalcified pineal gland.

2. Drink alkaline or distilled water.  Alkaline water is electrifying and distilled water removes heavy toxins and metals out of the human body.

3. Avoid fluoride.  Fluoride is toxic to the human system.  Use non-fluoride toothpaste.  Most tap water in the US is fluoridated so drink alkaline or distilled water.

4. Practice Sungazing.  Taking in the Sun’s energy when it is orange or setting/rising is tremendously beneficial for the pineal gland and decalcification.  You can do this daily for 3-5 minutes, it doesn’t take long.  Your pineal is a crystal and reacts remarkably to our Sun.

 

5. Eat more greens & vegetables.  The more alkaline foods you get into your system the more you are feeding the pineal gland and other crucial parts of your being.  Foods that have been charged with sunlight are electrifying and pineal decalcifying!

6. Avoid mercury.  Mercury is extremely toxic.  Most vaccines and tooth fillings are mercury-based.  However, nowadays, most dentist are using non-mercury based fillings.  If you have mercury fillings in your teeth, a holistic dentist can remove them.

7. Maintain positive thoughts and actions.  This may seem a little elementary or not “deep enough” but,  there is great power in your state of mind.  Thoughts can also be toxic.

8. Take Blue Green Algae and other chlorophyll rich “superfoods”.  This is similar to eating more veggies but adding a more powerful punch.  Other superfoods include chlorella, spirulina, sea moss, and wheatgrass.

9. Use herbs.  Herbs like mugwort, wood betony, alfalfa, parsley, and gotu kola have wonderful healing properties.  You can make a tea or grind it and sprinkle on a salad, or it can be smoked as part of a ritual.

10. Don’t use fluorescent bulbs.  The standard, cheap light bulbs are very inconsistent with the natural light spectrum.  Your pineal gland is light-sensitive.   It’s also important to sleep in complete darkness, if  possible.

11. Place a crystal on your brow chakra daily.  Meditating with a crystal is energetically beneficial for pineal decalcification.  Some of the favorites are amethyst, clear quartz, sodalite, and lapis lazuli.

Perhaps it will enable people to see why they are not told what is really happening in the world, and how they could have been deceived to such a high degree. It might even be shocking.

After all, what WE, in the alternative media share is very different from what the talking heads read off the teleprompters and masquerade as factual articles on their web sites. 

What a different world it would be if we could only get our media back. Their sworn mandate is, after all, to inform the public of the unbiased truth. Everyone seems to have forgotten that and doesn’t hold them accountable. It’s criminal, really. They no longer serve the People, but corporate interests and the shadow government.

Nowadays, investigative journalists are a dying breed and TV networks all say the same thing, from the same script, leaving out the real news and the truth along with it; replacing it with propaganda or meaningless drivel that has no business in the news. It doesn’t even qualify as entertainment and often serves as overt disinformation to misinform the public.

YouTube Trashed My Site – But I AM Putting the Proof of the Matrix back up

This is nothing new to us. Who owns YouTube? Why would they delete all my videos? Did they need the drive space? Who knows. I posted about the Matrix and had proof. I guess they didn’t want the viewers to see that.

I had up to 200k views on my site and they wanted me to have Zero. So now I do. I don’t care, we are soon out of this hell hole.

In the meantime I will upload a few videos that I feel will be helpful in proving the Matrix is coming down.

Here is one that I took with a Cell phone. It is clearly a Light Being showing up here on the right side of the screen.  I also did some screen captures of the video to show the close up of the Light Being, it almost looks like there is a hand visible here, what do you think?

Here is a close up from this screen capture to point out what I am talking about.

So now that is what I am referring to as the Light Being. There was nothing on my lens that would cause this and again I did not see this as I was taking video of the rays which I can clearly see. The thing is, my mind was focused on the Rays coming in not on the side attraction here. I was amazed that I got both. Pretty Awesome.

Here is an amazing turn folks, my YouTube site amazingly returned just now. All my stats, subscribers, views and all my videos are up there as before. I can’t tell you what is going on. It seems like I was in the Twilight Zone all day, then came back out. Things are getting weird if you know what I mean.

So whoever restored my Account at YouTube, big Kudos to you and boogie on.

This are her latest but I have missed a lot of her newly pics.

Yes Rose these are real shots of the sun in infrared then filtered.

As far as I know. I heard her interviewed on Roxy Lopez where she said she used an infra-red camera.. Now I do think she is filtering too. So from what I know of photoshop, sometimes what is bright goes dark particularly w the solarize filter..You have to ignore the colors..

I sometimes change the hues just to see what shapes appear in different color spectrums. Would be nice to get her info on what filters she used. I was thinking some of these look like the sun Nova’ perhaps in seconds only .. up to the final kaboom.. but only think that because of that video I was the sky is exploding .

well then…I’d say you caught a real image of the wizard of oz behind his curtain. No wonder the older literature said they were toads. I have caught that same helmet on others in the oort cloud images..just recently in fact.
There are images, going way back, of a planet that sits right there on the right side of the sun. It always showed up in flares. I’m not sure what image this is, but that is the right size and came to mind as just one possibility

I havent even gotten through all of them yet.. yeah I remember you mentioning that and lots of people are seeing it, the planet or second sun , I had even caught a glimpse of it a month ago.. so maybe that was it.

They had quite a few planets that they never gave us names for, floating around. Thor found a list though. I’ve counted far more than the assumed 12. I know that there were hidden enemy bases and their stellar’s behind the sun. So there is that to consider too.

On the left you see a platform,but it is missing on the right. That appears to be those ‘keys’ on either side of the other images.
The two hour glass images, match the lasco c2 and the stereo C2. These are apparently at two different camera locations…

Not only did he freak out, he’s broken. You don’t want us to use our own minds and eyes, you want us to follow the program that you and others tow in your wake. This isn’t going to happen. We have freed our minds past the point where your dogmatic rhetoric holds any sway for us. There is a ‘vah’ at the top of that hour glass. We had seen it on stereo behind. Many shots of it peeping at the top.
I’m speculation that the large pieces that broke off some months ago, were the front covering. Recently the Mob had been hitting on a daily basis, hammering him with that large beam weapon since the fifth of November. A few days ago, it was reported that his shields were down.
All in all, this is a very epic picture from Dawn Hull. We can now see the wizard, as the curtain has fallen.

YRFT … hon, we are already in the tunnel. Remember? What happens in the pour is a simulation. True, it wont be pleasant and its designed for maximum impact on these sociopaths, because they can only feel their own pain. They never felt empathy for their victims. The real nova and disaster is outside that tunnel and happens to the other vah’s, not us. Although again, ‘real’ is subjective to being on the inside of a server.
Although I don’t know when it is going to happen, I do know we are by the eye and inside the tunnel. It is progressing at a speed.

I got the impression, from the descriptions over the years, that we are in a multilayered construct.
On the inside, you see only the hologram. Moving to the next level, you possibly see the ‘server’.
Then on the upper level, you see people.. Like Eve and The ONE.

I should mention, that was just my take on it though. Not necessarily the most accurate description. I’ve never asked about it directly, this is just what I’ve picked up from other conversations over the time of all of this. There are clues this might be so. I can’t see how anything would be left on this planet for them to try and keep. I understood everything evil was being removed and or destroyed at the big show and during the pour to the pit. Guess doesn’t matter…as long as they get destroyed.

I’d say you caught a real image of the wizard of oz behind his curtain. No wonder the older literature said they were toads. I have caught that same helmet on others in the oort cloud images. Just recently in fact.

Commenting on Dawn Hull’s 2nd image:
There are images, going way back, of a planet that sits right there on the right side of the sun. It always showed up in flares. I’m not sure what image this is, but that is the right size and came to mind as just one possibility.

They had quite a few planets that they never gave us names for, floating around. Thor found a list though. I’ve counted far more than the assumed 12. I know that there were hidden enemy bases and their stellar’s behind the sun. So there is that to consider too.
